I’m currently BPEL 7.25
EG 4.75

Basically I’m going for girth gaining. I never did PE before for a good amount of time, but know the exercises. I do cardio here and there and I’m thinking of investing is pills/patch’s soon..

5min hot compress
5min stretch
20 min 3 sec. Jelqs
5 min kegel
5min hot compress

Goal:BPEL 8
EG 7

Don’t use pills or patches. The only thing they do is emptying your wallet.

7” girth may be a little ambitious.

Not many gain more than 1” girth, so 2.25” girth gain is a bit of a stretch (pun intended).

IMO, a more realistic goal is 5.5” EG.

For short term yes, but I think that 2.25” in girth is achievable over time.

I agree with the more realistic 5.5”.

In practical terms, 7” girth might be a bit too much.

…but who am I to say? To each their own.
