My gains from 2 months of manual stretching

Recently, I posted about moving on to hanging after having noticed no gains from 2 months of manual stretching almost everyday. Anyways, I’m happy to report that I’ve gained 1/4 inch in the 2 months from manual stretches. It’s possible I gained 1/2 inch but I try not to measure bone pressed. If I bone press enough my measurements would probably be 3/4 inch larger than the actual out of body amount. While this 1/4 inch isn’t much and not very noticeable, it is better than nothing. I had just assumed I had gained nothing because it wasn’t a very visual gain, but I measured today after having not measured in over a month or so.

I did jelq infrequently for about 2 weeks, but I felt like this was not doing the work for length that I desire like manual stretches and hanging eventually will. If I ever reach my length goals of 6.5 inches - 7 inches then I will move on to girth, most likely by jelqing and then moving on to clamping. My ultimate goal right now is just length, length, length. I will most likely spend the next year or 2 working on length alone. Anyways, this site is awesome.

Keep up the hard work man. I like to do a quick 30-60 second stretch every time I take a piss. Also, jelqs even 25 or 50 every other day will help your overall penis health, which is most important :)

Take measurements BPEL and BPFSL or you could make bad judgements about the effectiveness of a routine. Our eyes aren’t always a good tool, because you see your penis everyday and you couldn’t notice gains where instead there are. You should be happy to have gains by manuals, because hanging is time consuming and restricts your freedom.

Measuring BPEL is more about accuracy than actual penis size. I measure BPEL just for accuracy. That bone you press against is always stationary, while your fat pad can fluctuate quite a bit. We can fluctuate quite a bit of weight in a day, and a week, and that little amount of weight can add to your fat pad. Not to mention if something you ate made you bloated or gassy, which I think makes a difference, albeit a slight one, so thats hard to tell just how much gains are getting you. I mean theoretically, you could gain from a routine, but if you gain weight too over that time, and your fat pad gets bigger, you might not even see a gain if you’re measuring NBPEL.

Some people think it’s cheating, but my BPEL is 7.25”, and I know thats not how much is showing, but I also know that it used to be 6.50, so I know I’ve gained that much. Just sayin
