My gains from 2 months of manual stretching
Recently, I posted about moving on to hanging after having noticed no gains from 2 months of manual stretching almost everyday. Anyways, I’m happy to report that I’ve gained 1/4 inch in the 2 months from manual stretches. It’s possible I gained 1/2 inch but I try not to measure bone pressed. If I bone press enough my measurements would probably be 3/4 inch larger than the actual out of body amount. While this 1/4 inch isn’t much and not very noticeable, it is better than nothing. I had just assumed I had gained nothing because it wasn’t a very visual gain, but I measured today after having not measured in over a month or so.
I did jelq infrequently for about 2 weeks, but I felt like this was not doing the work for length that I desire like manual stretches and hanging eventually will. If I ever reach my length goals of 6.5 inches - 7 inches then I will move on to girth, most likely by jelqing and then moving on to clamping. My ultimate goal right now is just length, length, length. I will most likely spend the next year or 2 working on length alone. Anyways, this site is awesome.
