My gains and new weekly program of exercises

After starting PE in May this year I am thrilled to report I have hit 7 inches ahead of my 6 month target. Of course it is not cemented yet but I’ll take it anyway and know that I am on track, at least as far as length goes. After reading so much on Thunders I now fully appreciate just how important a decent girth is and as my girth remains below average (4 3/4” on a good day) there is still lots of work to do. I am pretty sure I have been doing everything right up till now in building my workouts up gradually. I have also obsessively collected just about every known positive exercise variant from the vets and I am about to embark on a new program that will consist of almost daily variables in my exercise program. This is to achieve a few things
1) avoid (as best as possible) a plateau
2) remove for me any sense of monotony from my program
3) The little guy will never be able to guess what’s coming next

I haven’t seen many posts about variable daily programs before so I am keen to hear any feedback as to whether this seems a good move or not. The program is as follows

Monday
DLD Blasters
Wet Jelq – 10 minutes
Amazing Isometrics
Cock Ring edging – 1 x 15 minutes

Tuesday
Mems Momentous Gains Mechanism (inc. 15 min. Wet Jelqs)
Erect Bends – 2 sets
Clamping –

Wednesday
DLD Blasters
Wet Jelq – 10 minutes
The Squeeze –
Cock Ring edging – 1 x 15 minutes

Thursday
Mems Momentous Gains Mechanism (inc. 15 min. Wet Jelqs)
Orange Bends –
Amazing Isometrics
Clamping –

Friday
DLD Blasters
Wet Jelq – 10 minutes
Erect Bends – 2 sets
Cock Ring edging – 1 x 15 minutes

Saturday
Rest day

Sunday
Wet Jelq – 10 minutes
Erect Bends – 2 sets
Clamping –
Cock Ring edging – 1 x 15 minutes

All days begin and finish with hot rice sock and many exercises are done under an infrared lamp. I haven’t specified but some of the sets will be split into morning and evening sessions. I have also just ordered from Monty his ADS device to use at work and I’m a big convert to Big Girtha’s Fowfers and ‘dick between the thighs’ in bed at night. All in all I’m loving this journey. I’ve been doing it tough in a few areas of my life of late and PE and Thunders has really lifted my spirits and given me something very positive to focus on.

good read, best of luck. Your flaccid gains are pretty impressive but I would put that down to fowfers which I have being doing for the last month and definitly works, although I havent measured for a while. Wont to get a real surprise once summer kicks in

Only recently introduced BG’s Fowfers and night stretching (between the thighs) into my program but it seems they have started to cement flaccid hang. Previously flaccid length was all over the place as the little guy would turtle in at any given opportunity.
Silly me, I said the ADS was from Monty.. I actually ordered a air-clamp from Monty (peweights.com) and am about to order an ADS device from Monkeybar.
So many PE devices, so little time.

Would love to hear from some of the vets re my weekly program. Anyone out there?

Okay, point taken.

Perhaps I have squeezed a a few too many ingredients into my PE ‘fruit salad’ and godofdeviltry makes a fair call (when do you sleep?) as I only get about 6 hours a night; but that’s just my sleep pattern regardless doing PE or not.

Thank you Thunder from your words of wisdom (only two, but very succinct nevertheless). I am going to go away and review my program and drop a few exercises in the process. I do like incorporating variety and so far it hasn’t seemed to hurt in terms of making gains, most of which I have picked up in the past month or so of doing the mixed sets.

Thanks Bird2 I take your point about over training. I hadn’t been too worried as everything (the getting-bigger guy) seemed to be in very good working order with none of the usual fatigue related problems. My physical fitness is also very good but I’m not going to be one of those who asks for advice and then just ignores it so I’ll chop some stuff out and then post my reviewed program shortly.

I guess my initial inspiration to mix up my routine was from Peter Dick (the ‘Peter Dick Method’). My revised program should still have the ‘little (getting bigger) guy’ not being able to guess what is coming next.
Don’t consider myself so much of a Newbie any more but I think I am still a few away from my 20 posts. Looking forward to my official ‘graduation’ to the Senior Forum (hate to think what the initiation ceremony is!)
Anyway, ‘nuff of that nonsense; here’s my program.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
DLD Blasters
Wet Jelq – 10 minutes
Amazing Isometrics

Warm up & down with rice sock

Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday
Wet Jelq – 15 minutes
Erect Bends – 2 sets
Clamping – 2 x 10 minutes
Warm up & down with rice sock

Saturday - R&R&R (Rest, Recreation and a Root)

You just have trimmed a fe exercises but you are still working 6 days a week. No matter how little you are doing, Im of the opinion that your dick would require 2 full days off. 2 days NO PE AT ALL.

Your a hard man Godof.. I thought I had it all worked out too.
I tell you what. I’ll try my six day sequence for a month and report back at the end of September. If the little guy (getting bigger guy) shows any sign of weakness, unwillingness to climb enthusiastically to female sporting endeavours or any other general malaise I will pull a day of exercise out of the middle of the sequence. I have actually been getting some pretty good gains lately on a 6 day regime and each day ‘Dennis’ has bounced back like a champion.
Seriously though, I will watch it carefully and adjust the program as I go. I’m in it for the outcomes, not to be right.

With 4,175 posts,I’d figure you are sort of a vet here. What makes Non-sense to you could be sense to others. Im sure you realize that we are here to discuss and debate Ideas, routines,programs and not to DISCOUNT OTHER PEOPLE’S OPINIONS.

His 6 on 1 off schedule with the routine he has is a bit more than I’d digest. Abusing the same tissue for 6 days a week doesnt make sense unless he wants his dick falling off. Moreover, you dont take enough rest doesn’t mean that you should encourage others not to take any.

Long! Its your fucking dick. Go at it with full steam. If you gain, its still your dick.
