Correction :

I’ve gained 0.2” inches in girth this month. I’ve measured myself today in my day off. Don’t know if it’s due to my new schedule (3 days ON / 1 day OFF ) started this week.

If I knew that gains would be so good . I would never weared the Andropenis during 7 month in 2003 because it was very constraining.

I’m very happy to have found that place now.

I actually remember reading that if you hotwrap after the exercise, you make the tissue soft and it will shrink back down to its before size, so the gains don’t cement in. I could be wrong though, or maybe I misunderstood.

Confirmed. Warming down is beneficial. Though I warm down after I jelq, but before I stretch. The warmer it is, the better it is in my experience. Two, three warm-ups - the more the merrier

On a side note someone posting some time back alleged that ‘cooling down’ the penis following a PE session would be an enhancement to warming down. He gave some scientific evidence to back up his claim, something to do with the tunica or whatever hardening. I tried this out for a month, and can say the opposite is true. Not only did it stop gains during the interlude, cooling down caused me a lot of discolouration.
