My first routine - a few questions

Hi Everyone. I’ve been experimenting with PE for a couple of months, trying different techniques, before I found this place. I have now been doing the newbie routine for 2 weeks now and want to adapt it to fit my schedule goals.

Current Stats:
BPEL : 6.4”, EG : 4.5”
Target
BPEL : 7.5”, EG : 5.0”

Routine (sessions with warm up/down):

Session 1:
5 mins Stretch
15 mins Jelq
Kegels
Session 2:
5 mins v-stretch
5 mins JAI

3 days on 1 off, 2 days 1 off

Will splitting the routine like this hinder progress? Also, the warm wrap afterwards tends to make it shrink, shall I not bother with this?

I don’t think it will hinder your progress. I break mine up as well. The only suggestion I would give is to add maybe 5-10 minutes of jelqing during the second session as well. Start with 5 minutes and see how it feels.
