My first positive PI
Here I go!! I’m just 3 weeks into the newbie routine and am already looking more vascular! I got me an IR lamp and some cocoa butter and a log to keep track of my workouts and everything. My initial goals are modest - just a half inch both ways.
The jelqs are getting too numerous (it feels) so I’m splitting my workouts into 2 a day. Does anyone actually do 600 jelqs by the end of the newbie routine? I’m at 350 and I can’t imagine doing more than 400 in a day. Maybe I’ll play with the intensity instead of the count.. Take my time..
