My First Noticeable Gains

I woke up this morning and decided to put the morning wood to use. Got out the ruler and wrote down the results (they’re in my sig). I wasn’t surprised to note a change in my size in the last two months, although it felt pretty good to verify it :D . So it looks as though I’ve gained a solid quater-inch in girth. I haven’t gained very much erect length, which has sort of surprised me. I have although noticed a much more full flacid hang. I thought length was supposed to gain faster than girth?

Also, I’m not confident that my measurements are totally accurate. I couldn’t find a piece of string to measure with this morning so I just grabbed whatever would work before my morning wood let up, which happened to be a small paper receipt. I used the samer ruler as before, but I don’t know if this ruler is correct either because I noticed another ruler I have is slightly different. If I remember correctly, I was smaller on the ruler I used than the other one, so I guess these measurements are conservative :D .

I’m thankful that I have actually gained size because I wasn’t very consistant with any exercises until two weeks ago. I had dabbled with manual stretching and jelqing for awhile, and then tried hanging for a week or a little more. I finally decided to settle on stretching and dry jelqing. I’m a student living with my family so it’s difficult to get the isolation I need to do some of the other stuff. So basically, for the past two weeks I’ve been doing 3-5 minutes of manual stretching three times daily, and dry jelqing about 4-5 times a week without a real schedule. Anyone know why that would increase girth but not much length? I would think it would be the opposite.

Also, I was wondering if it is a common occurance to have your initial LOT change? I started with a very low LOT, almost straight down, but a few days ago when I was testing it again, I noticed it was slightly under 9 o’clock. Should I customize my stretching to work optimally with my LOT? I generally try to stretch equally in all directions, giving a little extra attention to directions that seem to be feeling tighter than usual.

Anyway, I don’t think I’ve posted here before, although I’ve been lurking for awhile. Just wanted to say hi and thank everyone for contributing to such a beneficial topic.

Hi Yarka04,

Welcome to the posting side of the forum. Careful measuring the morning wood it’s maybe not indicative of your average erection. Same with measuring after a bath or within 2 days of your last PE session.

Quite a few people have encountered LOT changes up and down. Whether you should change your routine or not is a good question. If what you are doing is working, it’s probably worth continuing that way, if your gains slow or you are getting no substantial length gains it might be worth taking inot account your new LOT when you redesign your program.

I’ve been surprised as well to see my LOT change. In 2 months I’ve gone from about 7:30 to a little under 9. I was wondering if I measured it wrong the first time, but I did it several times to be sure both then and now and sure enough… it’s different. Congrats on the gains. Isn’t PE great!

You’re right memento, the morning wood did throw off my girth measurement. Just measured this afternoon and I’m 5.125” EG not 5.0” :D

Maybe I didn’t measure correctly the first time… Seems like a lot of girth for two months of inconsistant PE.

Congratulations on the gains! Very impressive leap in girth! I have one question as I try and work out a schedule similar to yours, do you warmup or cool down during your three daily stretching sessions? If not, how do you prepare yourself for minimal injury and red spots?

I have seen noticeable girth gains in last two months of my PE. It feels more thicker now — I am 5.5” in girth now. Although, I never really measure my pre-PE girth, but it would have been somewhere around 5”.

Thanks. I generally don’t do any warmup or cooldown, which may not be the best way to go, but I’m too impatient to use a warm rice sock or wash cloth for five minutes before and after. In the morning I do my stretches after my usual hot shower, but other than that I just do the exercises. I do ease into the stretching and jelqing though.

I didn’t believe in warm ups for a long time, but now I’m a firm believer! I think they increase gain potential up to 60 percent! I would always use warm ups.

I’m in a similar situation to yours. I live with my parents, so the privacy needed for long (pun intended) wet jelq sessions and warm up/down is hard (pun intended) to come by. I may start keeping a heating pad in my room as the winter months coming will make it not look so suspicious. :) At any rate, nice gains!

Thanks john_deer. A heating pad might not be a bad idea, I think I have one around here too. And congrats on your gains Mr. A. I just read over what memento said again and noticed that he said it could be an inaccurate measurement up to two days after my last PE session. Today was my rest day, and I haven’t jelqed since yesterday morning, so I’ll plan on verifying my latest measurements tomorrow night before I resume PE.

It’s hard to believe I’m over halfway to my initial goal after only 4 months. My routine has changed some since I last summarized it. For over a month now I’ve been doing manual stretching, with an emphasis on downward angles and BTC stretches, once or twice a day. I’ve also switched to wet jelqing 3-4 times per week for length gains, since I seem to gain girth easily with dry jelqs and I read it would be harder to gain length after gaining girth. I plan to continue these exercises, but hopefully increase how many times I do them per week, because I’m getting lazy.

On a side note, my TheraP wrist wrap just arrived in the mail today, so I’m looking forward to experimenting with some obscene bulge in the near future :D . Planning on going and trying some of those Levi’s soon too, just to see what they’re like. Not sure if they’ll look very good on me with my skinny build and stick-legs.

Yarka, those are some really good gains in only four months. I wish I could get gains like that! I’m over a year into PE and have gotten 1/4 inch in BP length and around 3/8” in eg and a fuller flaccid hang. I appreciate the fuller flaccid hang the most. Keep up the routine until the gains slow or stop and then change it up some. Good luck.

Well, my routine didn’t last too long. I got pretty busy with closing out the Fall semester, and this semester has probably been one of the toughest since I’ve been in school, so I don’t have a lot of extra time anymore. I did some occasional maintenance when I remembered, but I still managed to lose a little of my gains. I’m only just now getting back to regular PE. Over the last week I’ve restored what gains I lost, and I think I’m in a good position to make some more gains, since I’m mostly deconditioned.

I think it was around the end of last year that I read a post about someone’s theory on flacid stretch length being an indicator of future gains. Around that time I had been experimenting with that, watching my FSL whenever I did maintenance. I remember for a long time it was stuck at 7”, and then my Spring semester started up and got pretty rough, so I went for a couple months with no PE at all. Well, last night I decided to get the ruler out, and guess what? My FSL is now 7.5”. Not sure what that means, but hopefully it means some EL gains are coming my way. I seem to remember at one point back during my regular PE last year that my FSL had jumped from 6.5” to 7” also, but I can’t say for sure.

Anyway, my current routine isn’t perfected yet, but I’ve just been doing some manual stretching once or twice a day, and jelqing before bed. Mostly dry jelqing, but I like to throw in some wet jelqing just to surprise my dick every once in awhile. I’ve also been jelqing in the morning right after I wake up on days that I have time in the morning, which means a couple days per week I have two jelqing sessions. I try to do at least a little something every day, but it’s been working out to more like two out of every three days. No schedule, I just do what I can when I can.

Also, I ordered a ventless TLCTugger last week, which I’m looking forward to using after my sessions. Hopefully it will assist in making some nice gains in the near future.

I am so glad spring is finally here…
