My First Noticeable Gains
I woke up this morning and decided to put the morning wood to use. Got out the ruler and wrote down the results (they’re in my sig). I wasn’t surprised to note a change in my size in the last two months, although it felt pretty good to verify it :D . So it looks as though I’ve gained a solid quater-inch in girth. I haven’t gained very much erect length, which has sort of surprised me. I have although noticed a much more full flacid hang. I thought length was supposed to gain faster than girth?
Also, I’m not confident that my measurements are totally accurate. I couldn’t find a piece of string to measure with this morning so I just grabbed whatever would work before my morning wood let up, which happened to be a small paper receipt. I used the samer ruler as before, but I don’t know if this ruler is correct either because I noticed another ruler I have is slightly different. If I remember correctly, I was smaller on the ruler I used than the other one, so I guess these measurements are conservative :D .
I’m thankful that I have actually gained size because I wasn’t very consistant with any exercises until two weeks ago. I had dabbled with manual stretching and jelqing for awhile, and then tried hanging for a week or a little more. I finally decided to settle on stretching and dry jelqing. I’m a student living with my family so it’s difficult to get the isolation I need to do some of the other stuff. So basically, for the past two weeks I’ve been doing 3-5 minutes of manual stretching three times daily, and dry jelqing about 4-5 times a week without a real schedule. Anyone know why that would increase girth but not much length? I would think it would be the opposite.
Also, I was wondering if it is a common occurance to have your initial LOT change? I started with a very low LOT, almost straight down, but a few days ago when I was testing it again, I noticed it was slightly under 9 o’clock. Should I customize my stretching to work optimally with my LOT? I generally try to stretch equally in all directions, giving a little extra attention to directions that seem to be feeling tighter than usual.
