My first month of PE
I’ve been lurking this site now for one month now. I started out with luvadus newbie exercise the first day I found thundersplace. I’ve also done some “toilet stretches” during the day.
I started out with 6.5 x 5.3 Now it’s almost 7 x 5.3. But the one thing I like most is that my erections are much harder now than before PE. This is great, since I’ve had problems with my erection a couple of times.
Do you think I should keep on doing luvadus newbie routine, or is it better to incorporate some more advanced exercises?
