My first minor injury

I didn’t expect it so soon, but there it is: my first injury. It’s probably only minor but I’ll run it by you anyway: I feel a slight burning in the urethral tube in the glans. From stretching I guess. You guys think I can go on as soon as it’s gone, or think I might want to leave it alone for a while?

I hurts when I slightly sqeeze the glans… Think I might have done a bit too much too fast… :(

Arghh.. And I was so much looking forward to my next session… :p

I’m getting my pump this monday, can’t wait. Think I’m addicted already…

Let the pain subside. Than wait another 3-4 days. There`s no sense in taking risks. But I think the most important advice is that YOU MUST NOT FEEL ANY PAIN DURING THE EXERCISES.

I think it’s just from putting to much stress on the glans while stretching. It’s gone already, but I think I’ll avoid the glans for at least a day or two anyway. I’ll read up on stretching a little more.

You shouldnt be putting ANY stress on the glans though. You shouldnt be touching the glans whislt stretching.

In general, right? Yeah, I figured I was doing something wrong, that’s why I said its time to read up. I can feel the slight burning coming back while I’m writing this.. :(

Not in general, AT ALL. Theres no reason to touch the glans during stretching. You should be gripping behind the glans, at the sides of the shaft, not the top of the shaft either.

Too many nerve endings in those places mean the potential for pain and injuries is high.

Unfortunately the slight stinging around the inside of the glans continues to haunt me… It doesn’t hurt much at all, but I tried to take a break of several days a couple of times now…

When I try again, I don’t even do much, just some very light jelqing… It’s starting to affect my motivation… The small gains I think I was seeing, vanished. All I have left now is the benefits from kegeling, which I have continued to do religiously…
