My first length gains
I just wanted to drop you guys a line and let you know that I’ve experienced my first length gains. I started PE’ing Jan 07 but I didn’t get totally serious about stretching or jelqing until mid March. Since then I’ve added 3/8” in erect length. In case your interested all my stats are in my profile.
I just wanted to reassure the newbies out there that stretching and jelqing are the way to go. At least it’s working for me. If I’m lucky and continue gaining at the current rate, I’ll have a 8” cock by September.
Here’s my current routine..
- Day 1..
- Morning:
5 min warm up with a heating pad plus most days I shower before I start
10 min bundled V-Stretches (5 min clockwise, 5 min counter clockwise)
20 min jelq (with a few horse 440 squeezes ever 5 minutes)
5 min warm up with a heating pad
10-15 min of clamping
- Afternoon:
20 min bundled stretches in all directions
- Day 2..
- Afternoon:
20 min bundled stretches in all directions
- Day 3..
- Restart the Day 1 and 2 routine again
So I’m basically taking 24 hours off between my day 1 and day 2 afternoon stretch routines. Providing some time to heal.
Also note that while I’m jelqing I use a 3 second stroke and a 1 second stretch at the end of the stroke. I’m not sure if a stretch at the end is documented anywhere but I like it because it’s like a 2 for 1 special. I already have a hold on it so I figure a good stretch can’t hurt.
I also do fowfers and clamping whenever I get a chance throughout the day. I also use a Velcro strap from time to time throughout the day to prevent turtling. Last but certainly not least, I pray and ask for my efforts to result in a bigger penis whenever I remember to.
