Hello,
I will start by stating that I am new here but I am not new to other methods of penis enlargement. I’m quite desperate cause I have wasted money on extenders, pills and ended up with nothing else then a painful penis lol. It’s ok, I’m sure glad I found this forum cause I see alot of members on it, which in my eyes, boosts up the credibility of using hand methods (jelqing and such).

I’ve seen a few threads posted by other new comers and also veterans of this forum and so I’m quite interested in knowing where to start, I know there are stickies out there and I’ve seen so many different programs that I would love to have your personal opinion on which program you recommend. I don’t want to bother anyone so just a link would be fine, although it would be great to hear about your stories, your successes and your failures. I’m around 7 to 7 1/2 depending to where I start my measuring from and I’m aiming for 8 inches.

Since you are new to manual methods, 99% of the Forum members will direct you to the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine as usual with every newcomer. But, since you seem to be a nice guy, I’ll disclose you the secret method to gain, the secret guarded only for the chosen ones! :) Well, don’t expect such a thing and if anybody tells you such text, take it with caution!
Since you already used other methods, your unit may be conditioned, or quite abused. You should provide more details about what did you do with those extenders in order for more experienced members could give you pertinent advices.

It would be a clever move to read as much good posts from the forum as you can before proceeding to the routines. It’s definitely a well spent time! I’ve read the Forum for about three months before actually starting PE. There is a huge quantity of information here, though rather hard to find the relevant things. I have had better success googleing about Thunders than using the Forum search feature, but that could be just my inability…

Your goal is realistic and you have good chances to achieve it. As a general rule, take it easy with the routines. Better safe than sorry! Use your common sense when following other peoples’ advices. It’s preferable to take advice from people that are experienced and have gained. There are no fail-proof methods, because each of us is different. You have to find out what works for you.

First off, I would like to start by thanking you for your quick reply and appoligizing for my late reply, I had to uninstall and re install windows vista on my computer.

To be more specific on what I’ve tried in my past experiences try to get PE. I’ve tried the ‘size genetics’ extender and the pro solution pills. The extender hurt me after week or so and the pills did not do nothing but my GF did find them and we had a good laugh lol.

You said most people will refer me to the newbie routine, thats ok, after all I am a newbie here. I was wondering though, is this the best way to start off for someone really motivated and at what time do I switch PE program or how do I know which one is good for me.

I’m 7 or 7 inch in a half erect but flacid I get really small, is there a way to look bigger while beeing flacid? Also I’m kinda thin in circonference, which exercises can help gain circonference the best? Ill add it to the newb routine if I may.

The Newbie Routine

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

It really wold be best if you do the newbie routine for a month or so. The reason is that if you have any problems, then there is a wealth of experience to help you .

Then if you run into a problem then it can be aired and those who have met with and solved the problem can give you the benefit of their experience.

Probably the best way to go for girth is to do the newbie routine , then move on to pumping (in my opinion) As I have improved both length and girth this way. But pumping is an advanced exercise which can cause problems if you are not conditioned but go too roughly, and then have problems.

In that way you can receive excellent advice and maximise your gains as quickly as possibe.

Unfortunatley pills have no effect, except lightening the load of money in your pocket.

Hi retaliation I will advise you stick with the newb routine here and then find 17ml cobra jelqing routine which I’v found great for girth gain. I managed to increase by 0.1” after my first session. You will find his thread on the members picture section

I never did PE religiously. I have probably done PE about 15% of the 4 years. I seriously need girth gain. Can anyone help?

The newbie routine is a great template, however be prepared to spend serious dedication, and time researching and learning how your body responds. You will need to spend a lot of time on thunders searching and learning from others, there is no one magic bullet routine that works for everyone. In most cases, the successful members who have gained here have paid there dues, in that they had to try a routine for a while and not see results. Which meant they had to modify routines, and learn how their body responds before finding the recipe that works for them.

There are MANY other factors that can impede your success, many of which can result from your lifestyle habits. I’ve been here for YEARS, and have had to make many changes to my routine after not getting results. I have had to severely limit masturbation because it was affecting my gains, I had to lessen the intensity of my gym workouts because it was affecting my gains and my ability to get a solid erection. There are many other things I’ve had to change, and the whole while I was paying attention to my hormone levels, my erection quality and positive and negative physiological indicators from my PE workouts. In my case, spending less time PE’ing and getting adequate recovery time is what works for me, not hours of jelquing, which is very detrimental to me. But this may work for others, the point is you need to put in the time to learn what is right for you.

That being said, you will gain if you put in the time. I’ve made great gains in both length and girth and looking back, my dick is considerably bigger than when I started and it has all been worth the effort. I wish you luck in your journey.

Just be aware that, while yes you are motivated and excited to PE, that moving too quickly or over doing your workout are the most common ways to fail at PE. Do the newbie routine for, I would say, minimum of 8 weeks just to get familiar with doing the manual exercises.

Also, if you begin your PE career correctly it will, without a doubt, be the time where you get your most significant gains! Isn’t that great?

Just take it easy buddy, don’t let excessive motivation ruin a good thing. Remember that PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

Do not forget PE is long journey and need time, patience and dedication.

Few tips: make sure you do not measure every day or every week, do no skip or take long days off, keep up the discipline and consistence

I go to the gym too, Is there any other way to get more hormones? And even worst I broke up with my girl 1 week ago so it’s back to jacking off lol but then again I jacked off even when I was with her. I guess I will have to stop self pleasing myself. Do you think 1 hour of gym 3 times a week would be good?
