Penis enlargement to me seemed like a crazy idea that was just about surgery and hanging but then I learned of Jelqing from this place called Sharereactor. I downloaded the file and was really skeptical. This was well written and it actually got me thinking about giving it a try. It also explained Kegels which I had been doing since I was alot younger. I began the listed basic routine and was slowly making progress with the new exercises. Privacy was an issue because we only had one bathroom and I was taking one bath a day. First I noticed that my erections were getting bigger but also weaker at the same time. Fortunately with experimentation I made the routine customized to my needs and the kegels exercises made everything go back to normal and then even increased staying power. I hadn’t come across Thunder’s Place until earlier this year and since then I was reinvigorated to start exercising after what was about a 3-6 month break. My advice is that you should take it slow, practice makes perfect, and just make sure you give yourself time to heal. Also, the importance of kegels can be different for some people but I was doing this exercise I think was called the super blaster for a couple of weeks and I had what was undeniably a full body orgasm without ejaculation. I was so stoked that I could hold back my sperm. But stupid me took a break and now have to work back towards a powerful PC muscle; make no mistake that I will achieve that again in the meantime I’ll just do the best that I can. Can you describe what you called “super blaster”? Just for curiosity’s sake?

Sorry about that and I’ve gained at least an inch in length but I’ve no idea how much in girth.

Find a place to be comfortable for 20 to 30 mins

Flex PC and focus on it squeezing, hold 10 secs and warm up with 50 flexes.

Breathe deeply and visualize blood circulation to your PC.

After 50 flexes squeeze as tight as possible and hold for 20 secs.

Without rest perform 100 PC flexes flexing and relaxing at 2 sec intervals.

Visualize power radiating from your PC.

Now flex your PC as tight as possible and hold for 1 minute and don’t let up if you feel yourself letting up squeeze tighter.

Once 1 min is up rest for 2 mins and focus on tingly sensation from PC.

Focus on your PC gaining power with every breath you take.

Now you do 50 flexes but hold as tight as you can for 5 secs and slowly release taking 2 secs

Perform at least 4 times a week.

Short-Term Goal: 6.25" EG by 9/1/14

Long-Term Goal: 10.25" BPEL and 6.5" EG ?
