My experience with clamping and Horse 440 squeeze

Hello everyone, I am new to PE and have been doing it for about four months which was mainly just jelqing. I saw a increase in my length from 165mm to 170mm (unpressed) but not really any change in girth with stayed at 122.5mm. Recently in the last four weeks I began to clamp and horse 440 at the same time, I would clamp for three ten minute sets with ten minutes rest between each set five days a week. While I was clamping I would do a horse 440 and kegel at the same time and hold for about ten seconds and then rest for twenty seconds for the full ten minutes. Recently when I measured myself again my length and girth had increased, My length increased from 170mm to 175mm (unpressed) and surprisingly my girth had increased a drastic amount from 122.5mm to 130mm in only one month.

Just thought I would post my results, I think this is a dramatic increase is girth as I have seen on other forums that in one year of PE a expected increase of girth was only 0.3 inches. Sorry if this post does not belong under penis enlargement basics as I am new to these forums.

Welcome to the forum.

It’s worth measuring your length bone pressed for accuracy. What you’re interested in for PE purposes is change, so it makes sense to start at a hard surface.

Horses are great and a source of many injuries. I’ve injured myself with that exercise. It mainly blows out veins walls. One avoidance technique when manually gripping though not as useful when clamping is to create the lower grip at the top of the penis and push it down to the base with a loose grip that is enough to flatten the surface veins. It’s also good to do them in good lighting so that you can see a problem occurring in real time. Maybe you do this stuff already.

Great gains. Keep it up. Your gains are upper end but they will slow over time as your penis gets used to what you are doing to it, so I hope you get maximal gains at this point!

Clamping and Horses after month of PE? Sounds like a good way to conditions quickly and/or got an injury.

Maybe return to jelqing or cut the amount of clamping? On the other hand, If you know what to do, keep on going.

I was very excited about Memento’s routine. It was the first manual routine that I actually felt it was doing something. I am not sure if I gained while doing it but it was also my first PE scare. I believe it was the same Horse 440 squeeze. It could have been a modified version of it, but I started feeling pain in my left thigh in the area of the femoral artery. This happened on three different sessions and that was enough to call it quits. Not 100% sure it was the Horse 440. It could have been the Sadsak part of the routine. It could be completely unrelated but it was enough to scare me.

Now that I read that you had an injury with that exercise I am glad I went with my gut and didn’t try powering through.

Unfortunately successful PE is often very close to injury. My Horse injury wasn’t terribly serious but it has led to a weaker area and modifications of the horse mentioned above to make it safer (for me at least).

I never had the kind of pain you mention but yeah pain is a good indicator to back off.

I agree with this statement, I do believe that the more “dangerous” or high prone to injury PE exercises do lead to greater gains, But I do not believe these exercises are higher risk as long as you can properly worm up and monitor your penis while doing these exercises. On a side note I would also like to add that I believe a part of my gains are contributed to my lifestyle. I have been exercising for just under two years and only recently in the past 2 months have I tried to build muscle, I believe giving your body enough nutrition such as protein will improve everyone’s gains.

This thread is quite a very important one to stress to people. I have a few similarities myself. I too did not gain anything from jelqing in girth. However you mention you do 3 ten minute sets of clamping and have gained in girth, and I have gained in girth from doing 1 ten minute set almost every day. I think clamping is an amazing girth exercise. I used to be able to wrap my first finger and thumb around my penis and now they wont meet and my middle finger and thumb are meeting with a little bit of overlap. I am very excited about the future of my girth as you can all see for yourselves that two people have gained from clamping so to all those who question whether PE works… WELL IT DOES. It takes time but it works. DO NOT START CLAMPING IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE PE. ONLY DO IT AFTER 3 MONTHS MINIMUM.

Yes I agree that this kind of pressure will lead to over time semi-permanent expansion, However my experience I work out five days of the week and rest on the weekend, On Monday I measure myself again and the gains are still there with the time elapse of over 48 hours.
