My essentials for growth.
These are my essential tips for growth, and I’ve seen almost an inch of growth in length and girth within 4-6 months so I am talking from experience. They worked for me and everyone is an individual but these are the “cornerstones” of my PE.
1. First of all you shouldn’t follow any given routine, adapt to your own penis.
I find that going off of how it feels and looks you should be able to read your own body well enough!
2. Jelqing, stretching and PC muscle workout must ALL be included in your workout (and this is manual, no weights, or Penis masters etc.) all natural.
3. PC muscle. I can’t stress how important this one is, you NEED to have a strong PC muscle for blood flow, general health, and holding back on your juice (orgasm is possible without ejaculation, my personal best is 3 orgasms then letting go on the 4th). And hey, whats the point in a long cock if you can’t get it hard!
After exercising my PC I’ve felt more confident, bigger, thicker, longer, and most importantly healthier.
4. Hot water, this one seems to really help me, I take a long bath after a good workout and it helps maintain my length after workout instead of it shrinking back to it’s original size. I try and take one before the workout too if possible but have found that the one after is most important.
5. Positivity, if you doubt it’s working, it won’t work. I find creative visualisation helps alot, visualise not a bigger dick, but the one you have coming to life, filling with blood.you get the picture.
