Ok, my stats suck a little. I want to win some length ( I can live with 6.5 BPEL), but I definitely need girth. Should I go first for the length and then for the girth? What exercises do you recommend me? Things like Inverted V-Stretch can help my curve but I think I don’t have enough length for that.
Girth exercises are hard to do with a short penis, I mean.with the second grip I´m at the half of my penis!

Give me ideas please!

The consensus is to try and achieve length before girth, as it may become more difficult as your girth increases. As a beginner, you should just focus on basic stretches to condition your penis before moving to more advanced length stuff. Stretch either above or below your LOT to target either ligs or tunica (ligs being below and tunica being above). Also, you only need one hand and your shaft at a time to jelq, which is al you should be doing as a newbie…two-handed holds are for a more conditioned penis. Less level of erection will promote length as opposed to girth during jelq’s, but you need at least 60% in order for the exercise to have any effect at all. Good luck with quick gaining. Oh yeah, and take at least 2 rest days per week and warm up thoroughly to prevent injuries.

Are you trying to not have an upward curve. If so then don’t! Upward curves are very desireable.
