I’ve bin PE’ing for a while now, but I guess I’m not allowed to post in the reg. Fourm yet.

Well.. My dick is very easily stenched now. When I jelq I don’t feel not lot of pressure no more. When I grip it, it’s like I can’t grip it hard enough to make pressure, I could pinch it and it will just flatten easily.

Hey, take some time off at least a month. I think you have worked out way too much. Get some good supplements also.

There’s a difference of 100% between .25 and .5.

I started off doing a light beginners exercise that I found on a web site. And I’ve been doing

3min warm up

5min Manual Stretches

5min V-stretch

5min Jelq

5min Jelq and Hold

Warm-down/massage

I doubt that your dick was ready for this routine, seeing how your just a beginner. You should stick to the newbie routine found on this forum. Its very basic, but its also effective for the first 3 months of PEing. Also, did you do this routine everyday?

I do this routine everyotherday.

I just tried clamping and I can tighten the clamp a lot!

Whoa there nellie, if you are a newbie, more or less, do not clamp yet.

Follow the advice given, follow the newbie routine here for a minimum of 3 months, then try the other stuff. You can cause injuries that will force you to take more time off than just a weeks rest.
