Hi!

I’m 24 years old, male obviously :D and I am having some problems with ED

My routine consists of 5 min warm up, 8 min manual stretches, 10min pumping at 5hg then 10~15min Jelq
My jelqing sessions aren’t too fun to be honest. I am always closing my eyes and imagining hardcore porn to keep an 80% erection up. I quit porn around 2 weeks ago because I thought it was giving me psychological ED.

Before, with porn I could watch a hardcore interracial porn and my dick would be 110% for as long as the porno was playing. Now it’s just not the same and i don’t jack off too much either.

What would you recommend for me to do? I drink maybe 2 cups of coffee a day. I don’t smoke. So I’m wondering why my sex drive is so low…:(

I’m pretty fit and healthy, however in the past 6 months I’ve had the misfortune of injuring my knee and had an operation recently to fix it.

I would not worry too much about it Instigator. I think it is just your mind and body retuning themselves to sexual stimulation without porn. Keep going with no porn. Try talking with some ladies to help stimulate your libido. You can fantasize about them, instead of porn scenes, when doing your routines/edging ( this way you aren’t “reliving” the porn scenes, instead you are making new ones for yourself ) Good luck!

I think rather than just EQ, you should be looking at the other aspects of it. Does it take a shorter time to get erect or longer time? How long does your erection last after you finish touching your penis? There are a few variables involved here. Sometimes one of the other areas of EQ can decrease temporarily. Now if you are taking longer to get erect, your erection goes away almost instantly after you stop touching yourself AND your hardness is worse then you may consider stopping PE entirely for 1-3 weeks. There is a good post on here about EQ.

Also, take a look at any medications you may be taking because there are some that can result in increased difficulty in getting/maintaining erections as side effects.

It’s always good to take a break now and then, as you already have realized. Try to keep your PE at a good level and look for good PI’s.

It could also be the coffee dude. Coffee is a known vasoconstrictor. I know that when I drink coffee my dick isn’t as full as it is otherwise. I also find it harder to get erect.

Intensify your PE?? I don’t think that’s necessary with a 7 foot long dong. I’d quit all together if I were you. Must hurt like a bitch stepping on it :)

I have no intention of ever hanging. Manual exercises have been exceptionally good to me so far. And pretty soon I should pass my goal for length and start doing higher erection jelqs for girth.

I am porn and masturbation free for 40 days today. I’m amazed how my mind and body have changed for the better. My PI and libido are going back to when I was a teenager.
My dick has started growing faster too with need for rest periods and pain after routine almost a quarter of what it used to be.

Hey guys, sorry I’ve been away for a while. I got my EQ back, I cut out porn now for about a month and from the rest I took from PE (about 5-6 weeks) My morning woods have returned.

Bruna that’s interesting that you’ve had some good gains from manual exercise. I think I’ve gained too but a bit hesitant to measure and measure. I find it inconsistent (because my EQ varies) and kinda measuring when i get a real hard boner only.
