About 2 weeks ago I took a measurement of my girth, and holy hell, I lost 1/4”. Before anyone says I measured wrong, well I didn’t. My last measurement was about 1 month ago, measuring in at 5.5” and I took the measurement 4 times for accuracy and now I measured 5 times, but my girth is back down to wear I started 5-6 months ago.

My routine consist of wearing my penimaster for 4-6 hrs a day and doing 100 jelqs a day, yeah not an intense routine, but I was growing from it. Oh, my length gains have stayed at 6 3/4”, so in the month time I should have at least gained some extra in length instead of staying the same length while losing girth. Ah, very damn frustrating. Damn, now I wish I didn’t watch that porno. TOo much stress. You need to incorporate some girth exercises to keep on level with your length excersises. Like Ulis, Horse440, Bends.

I would increase the jelqs. You may have not had your gains cemented. Your getting good pull for length but your going to have to do something for girth. Don’t give up, this shit doesn’t happen over night and you will have some ups and downs. Most guys on here will tell you they have changed their routines a lot trying to find what works for them. I just hate the thought of taking a break, but if that’s what needs to be done, then guess that’s what it will be.
The breaks I will consider doing, but I am going to up my routine first, then if my gains don’t come back I will take the break.

Jelqs will increase to 200 a day for girth.

ADS will stay at 4-6 hrs a day for length.

I had an idea the other day. Might be a dangerous idea, but it sounds like it would work good. If the dick grows from tissue being torn then re-growing, couldn’t I get the best of length & girth by clamping while wearing my ADS? The pressure from the clamp is already expanding the tissue, so take it a step further by stretching the engorged tissue by wearing the ADS while clamping. I don’t know, maybe its a bad idea. Any thoughts on this.

Not trying to discredit your expertise, but wouldn’t my dick let me now if I was over training the first month in or so, and not 6 months later?

You lost a 1/4 inch girth.

That’s how your dick is letting you know you are over-training.

Alright, alright, I will take some time off. How long should I take off? I would hate to lose my length gains from taking time off. Today was my one week break from PE, so are you saying I need longer than a week. I thought I would really be hitting the 7 1/2” BPEL by the year mark from when I started PE, but now everything is going backwards.

What were you doing before you started this routine. For example, Newbie? Linear Newbie? How long did you do that.

When did you start with the PenisMaster? Did you start off at 4 hours or gradually ramp up time?

I think taking regular rest days would be a real benefit for you. Can’t answer to the 6 beers in 5 hours, but I can’t help but wonder if that might be problematic in itself. It surely won’t help you make better judgements about your dick.

Listen to what Sta-Kool said YOUR DICK IS TELLING YOU YOUR OVERTRAINING. I’ts the one rule you need to remember. It’s easy to get get excited when you see some growth and think if I just increase duration and time I will grow faster. I have made that mistake too and had the same results. One week off is a good start, but no one here can tell you for sure. Start back with 5 on and 2 off and LISTEN TO YOUR DICK! I also think clamping while doing your ads is a bad idea. Take it slow and watch it grow

I started PE in, oh i think Oct 2008 for a few weeks, then stopped and started back up for 6 weeks then stopped. In March of 2010 I started wearing my ADS for an hour or two ( dick would start hurting if any longer ) then about 2 weeks later I jumped up to 4 hours, then now which is 4-6 hrs. Also I added a 1/4” extension the first month, then I added an extra 1/2” extension for what I call a ” max pull ” about 4-5 months in.

My jelqs are medium pressure while semi erect. I don’t really feel comfortable doing erect jelqs right now, so I just do lightly. After my break I think jelqs will go up to 200 with a bit more pressure. I really want to try clamping while wearing the ADS, but would really hate to break my dick. Only if the dick was able to repair itself like the liver.

Sounds to me like you are way over-stressing your unit.

For example, I wonder if maybe you ramped up on the ADS too fast. 2 hours and your dick started hurting (not a good sign) so then you jumped up to 4-6?

Erect jelqs are very dangerous.

I have never heard of anyone Clamping while in a ADS. To me it sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Personally I would take a couple to three weeks off of PE Masturbation and sex ok of course.
