Oh yeah I kicked caffeine a LONG time ago (tea comes in decaf!) that may have just been it right there. I like to pretend that it is lack of soda as well. The carbonation in soda (and beer) has a negative effect on the body. Some of it turns into C) (carbon monoxide), which steals away oxygen better than the hemoglobin in blood does. Similar to the way smoking does. This is the main reason I had to give up soda for swimming. Once you quit smoking and drinking carbonated drinks, the CO gradually flushes out of your system and then there is less of it to steal away oxygen, resulting in a healthier blood flow. This is all what my coach told me, and I take his word for it because he was almost an Olympic water polo player and swimmer.
Not to mention all of the other garbage that is in soda. Give it up, you will thank yourself later. It isn’t even hard to replace, either. Juice, water and tea work great as alternatives. As was proven (was it?) on this forum, caffeine can cause shrinkage of the pee-pee. Cut that out as well. decaf coffee and tea is just as good. Decaf DOES have a TINY bit of caffeine in it, but it is hardly noticeable unless you drink 10 pots of the stuff.
Hell giving up a lot of garbage food (fast food, sweets, greasy ass food etc.) makes you feel better after a couple weeks. All that toxic trash that is in the fast food these days is frightening. Once I gave this stuff up, I started feeling more alive, and I got even more frequent erections and bigger flaccids and such. Then exercise gave me the big bulge I have today!
All ranting aside, there are a couple ways I like to make sure that the bulge looks goods before I go out. One is wear the right pants for it. Not too baggy and not too tight. Another thing is do a bit of edging before going out for the night. Just 10 mins of beating the meat but not blowing your load leaves the dick in super-wiener mode for a while, which is always good for the bulge.
