My dermatologist visit

I went to the dermatologist for first time today. Before I went I wore my extender for an hour and then did dry jelqs for 10 - 15 minutes. I had a chubby flaccid at around 4 1/2 inches when done. When there a pretty nice looking nurse practitioner came in my room and talked to me shortly and went to get the doctor. When they came back the doctor was talking to me and I looked at the nurse practitioner and she was staring at my crotch. I had difficulty talking to the doctor after that, it shocked me because I’ve never had a woman stare at my junk like that. Her eyes were fixated on my unit but she had a wedding ring on so I’m not going there. Besides if I did get with her she would be expecting me to be hung but I was only pumped up from PE. I was smiling the whole way home. Damn I love what PE is doing for me. I’m still smiling as I’m typing this.

How long do you find the effects last?

It stayed pumped for I would guess about an hour and a half. I must of had a good dry jelq workout. Maybe the cayenne powder I had last night helped. I put a little bit in some juice shook it up and drunk it. Suppose to be great for circulation with immediate effect. I might start taking cayenne powder right before my workouts.

Why not with effects like that!

Yeah it feels good when the girls start noticing the bulge. What did the trick for me wasn’t so much PE (although that helped I bet) but body exercise. Once I started running and lifting and eating healthier my dick became a shower. 5 inch flaccid’s are da bomb! (sorry for the ghetto talk.) I would really recommend eating a bit healthier (no pop or fast food) and some exercise for some added bulge. I could be completely wrong, though, but what have you got to lose?

You know over the last 2 weeks I have been drinking just water and juice and eating healthier and treadmill plus lifting some weights. I have not had caffeine in these 2 weeks. Definately appears to have effects on flaccid size.

Well this is funny right when I typed all that in my brother just got here with a pizza, can’t help myself I deserve some damn pizza. Haha

Oh yeah I kicked caffeine a LONG time ago (tea comes in decaf!) that may have just been it right there. I like to pretend that it is lack of soda as well. The carbonation in soda (and beer) has a negative effect on the body. Some of it turns into C) (carbon monoxide), which steals away oxygen better than the hemoglobin in blood does. Similar to the way smoking does. This is the main reason I had to give up soda for swimming. Once you quit smoking and drinking carbonated drinks, the CO gradually flushes out of your system and then there is less of it to steal away oxygen, resulting in a healthier blood flow. This is all what my coach told me, and I take his word for it because he was almost an Olympic water polo player and swimmer.

Not to mention all of the other garbage that is in soda. Give it up, you will thank yourself later. It isn’t even hard to replace, either. Juice, water and tea work great as alternatives. As was proven (was it?) on this forum, caffeine can cause shrinkage of the pee-pee. Cut that out as well. decaf coffee and tea is just as good. Decaf DOES have a TINY bit of caffeine in it, but it is hardly noticeable unless you drink 10 pots of the stuff.

Hell giving up a lot of garbage food (fast food, sweets, greasy ass food etc.) makes you feel better after a couple weeks. All that toxic trash that is in the fast food these days is frightening. Once I gave this stuff up, I started feeling more alive, and I got even more frequent erections and bigger flaccids and such. Then exercise gave me the big bulge I have today!

All ranting aside, there are a couple ways I like to make sure that the bulge looks goods before I go out. One is wear the right pants for it. Not too baggy and not too tight. Another thing is do a bit of edging before going out for the night. Just 10 mins of beating the meat but not blowing your load leaves the dick in super-wiener mode for a while, which is always good for the bulge.

Oh most of the above post was meant for others, not the original poster. There is some information in there for you, but I am sure that you don’t need me telling you to give up that shit.
