My Daily Clamping Experience
I’ve started to clamp daily, but I’m not experiencing what most people say happens with clamping. I was doing 10 minute sets, then 12, now 15 min sets and I get no negative signs at the end of a set. I haven’t tried to go longer than 15 mins yet, but even after 15 darkening is minimal and I’m still warm. The only reason I stop after 15 mins is because I know 10 mins is the standard, and that 20 mins or longer would lead the cell death. I’m definitely clamping down far enough. There’s no way I could tighten another click, and I’m completely hard and have a lot of veins that aren’t normally there. I also make sure I stay 100% hard during the entire set.
I’m now doing just 2 sets a day at 15 mins each. I feel like I could do a lot more, and I want to do more, but I don’t want to risk overtraining. I’m getting a definite increase in ease of erections which is a good sign, but it doesn’t make any sense why I’m not getting the usual darkening or coldness.
