My Daily Clamping Experience

I’ve started to clamp daily, but I’m not experiencing what most people say happens with clamping. I was doing 10 minute sets, then 12, now 15 min sets and I get no negative signs at the end of a set. I haven’t tried to go longer than 15 mins yet, but even after 15 darkening is minimal and I’m still warm. The only reason I stop after 15 mins is because I know 10 mins is the standard, and that 20 mins or longer would lead the cell death. I’m definitely clamping down far enough. There’s no way I could tighten another click, and I’m completely hard and have a lot of veins that aren’t normally there. I also make sure I stay 100% hard during the entire set.

I’m now doing just 2 sets a day at 15 mins each. I feel like I could do a lot more, and I want to do more, but I don’t want to risk overtraining. I’m getting a definite increase in ease of erections which is a good sign, but it doesn’t make any sense why I’m not getting the usual darkening or coldness.

You’re right, I just hope it leads to gains.

I also forgot to mention that after I’m finished, maybe 20 mins later, I’m thinner than usual. So not only do I not maintain the pump, I’m not even as thick as I usually am.

Hey baba boey do you do clamping and length work at the same time, or are you done with length and now just focusing on girth?

I still wear an extender for 1:25 a day, then clamp a few hours after.

Also, do you attribute most of your MEG gains to clamping?

The lack of darkening/temperature change is because you’re not clamping hard enough to stop blood exchange from your unit. When I clamp, I rarely see any darkening either. If you’re thinner than normal it would suggest you’re over exercising.

I edge, kegel hard, or even do some very light bends if I wish to intensify my clamping session, I rarely tighten the clamp passed four clicks from closed and still get great expansion and some veins which look like they belong in a bad 1970’s B movie horror film.

I don’t have an exact number on girth gains, but as I gained length with an extender, girth always kept up and my proportions stayed the same. All of my girth gains have come from an extender and jelqing. I have done clamping in the past, but never as a consistent part of my routine so I don’t attribute any gains to it yet, but I’ve been clamping daily for the last week.

I was able to clamp 1 extra click today. Before, I would get minimal discoloration during the set, and a little more after I took the clamp off. With the extra click, the darkening in certain areas after removing the clamp has increased, so now I’m going to cut back to 10 min sets, but do 3 per day.

Sophomoric- I hadn’t considered that being thinner after a clamping session suggested overtraining but you could be right. I’ll see how 3 x 10 min sets affects this.
