My current newbie routine. thoughts questions
Hey guys, this is such an amazing place for guys to help eachother.. Really positive vibes here and cool people, couldn’t be happier to find such a cool place.
This is what I’ve been doing; 3 days on 1 day off.
1.) 10 minutes warm-up. I use a hot towel and since it gets cool quickly I reheat it about 4 times during the 10 minutes.
2.) APX 10 minutes stretching. I do forward, left side, right side, down, up, a VA stretch (I think it’s called, where I bend my penis over my wrist and stretch) and then I do a circular stretch right and then left. All stretches are 30 seconds each with a few seconds in between.
3.) 200 Jelqs. Usaully taking about 2-3 seconds each. I noticed when I start jelqing I have some tenderness near the top for the first few (near veins that are becoming more prominent) so I go east the first couple and then gradually apply more pressure.
4.) During my jelqs I do kegals, usaully about 20.. I also do them on days off while at work or where ever.
So I had a question or two;
1.) My goal is to increase length and girth, is this a suitable program? I’d also like my head to be bigger.
2.) I keep reading about hanging, squeezes and other methods.. Too early (I’ve been doing it about 2 months) or should I start working some of these things in?
In addition to these questions, please comment on my routine and any additional thoughts that might help!!
