My consistency isn't paying off

I’ve been manual stretching for the past 3 month religiously almost everyday for 10 - 20 minutes of total stretching time per day and 30 seconds per set and have seen 0 gains. I stretched with maximum tension without causing pain. I’m not trying to call you guys liars but I’m starting to have doubts. I discovered PE 2 years ago and have tried jelqing during my first year, I tried underhand grip and overhand grip. The overhand grip actually decreased my blood flow and made me turtle for a few days. I know I was doing the overhand correctly because I made my head swell up with each stroke. Underhand didn’t make my head swell up but I felt like I was pushing blood up the shaft. I used precise technique with jelqing and stretching and have seen 0 results. I’m relatively lean so fat pad is not a factor. I stretched here and there during the first year but wasn’t consistent, 3 months ago I started stretching consistently not missing a beat, on most sessions my stretching time hit the 20 minute mark in total. The only thing I’m grateful about is that I never got injured during my PE journey. I used relatively high intensity but not to the point of pain. So what’s next guys? All I honestly wanted to gain was .5 inch in length and I would’ve been happy but even that was out of my reach. I just want to know why am I not gaining? I remained calm throughout my entire PE journey and did my routine with full effort every time and trained with specificity (stretching for length). Am I a no gainer at this point?

Exercises synergies each other, stretching alone could lead you nowhere. Working out everyday isn’t a good idea either.

If you did jelqs and turtled for few days, something went very wrong like: too tight grip, fast strokes, higher erection levels (intensity). In PE, recommendation is time > intensity … so less intensity and more time.

Rest for a week and restart PE using Linear Newbie Routine at 1 ON followed by 1 OFF schedule.

Okay, I made a post in the spanish side of the forum and going to answer here too to motivate you.
Look, I’ve started doing this routine 1st of April 2016 (3 weeks ago) which is the modified by myself version of the newbie routine:

2 DAYS ON - 1 DAY OFF
1ST DAY ON:
5min warm up (hot water)
20min stretching (up, right, left, down)
20min jelqing (4 seconds)
Kegels (50-100, depends on the day and on the feeling)
5min warm down (hot water)

2ND DAY ON:
5min warm up (hot water)
15min stretching (up, right, left, down) ** (will raise it to 20min, started from 10min the 2nd day)
15min jelqs (4 seconds) ** (will raise it to 20min, started from 10min the 2nd day)
Kegels (50-100)
5min warm down (hot water)

1 DAY OFF
REPEAT.

Okay, so it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve seen an increase of 0,9cm in lenght. From 16,0cm to almost 17cm. So we’re talking about a cm in 1 month. I think it’s something great as fuark! Didn’t measure girth as I’m not really interested on it and not going to measure it at all. But I’ve seen some visual increasment on girth too. My goal is 18-19cm this year. Cheers!

When you don’t see any progress and penis turtles more than 2 hours max after every routine then you are clearly overtraining.

That’s it. Nothing else. Mix it up a little.

Tuggingit, listen. Try this.

warm up 5 minutes.
10 sec stretches in every angle.
25 dry jelqs or 50 wet ones increasing by 10 every week.
20, yes 20, kegels.
warm down.

It is a 20 minutes max routine including warm ups.

Do it Monday-Wednesday-Friday for 2 months. Then take a week completely off. Then do it again for two months starting with the double numbers of jelqs only increasing by 20 every week. Rest of the routine stays the same. Take a week off and at he end of the week measure.

And yes, exercises are synergistic. Every routine needs jelqing in it.

First you say you stretch as much as you can without feeling pain, then it means you do not know how to stretch. You should ease into the stretch , sneak behind the bastard’s back as quietly as possible. You can start maintaining each stretch for longer and perhaps look into v/a stretches.

Second I’m not so sure you jelq properly, can you describe how you did them? How long for each rep? Were you applying pressure on the very sides of the penis (ccs) ? What was the erection level?

I find it definitely is more effective than a shower. I like IR lamps and microwaveable gel packs over a thin damp cloth best.
