My consistency isn't paying off
I’ve been manual stretching for the past 3 month religiously almost everyday for 10 - 20 minutes of total stretching time per day and 30 seconds per set and have seen 0 gains. I stretched with maximum tension without causing pain. I’m not trying to call you guys liars but I’m starting to have doubts. I discovered PE 2 years ago and have tried jelqing during my first year, I tried underhand grip and overhand grip. The overhand grip actually decreased my blood flow and made me turtle for a few days. I know I was doing the overhand correctly because I made my head swell up with each stroke. Underhand didn’t make my head swell up but I felt like I was pushing blood up the shaft. I used precise technique with jelqing and stretching and have seen 0 results. I’m relatively lean so fat pad is not a factor. I stretched here and there during the first year but wasn’t consistent, 3 months ago I started stretching consistently not missing a beat, on most sessions my stretching time hit the 20 minute mark in total. The only thing I’m grateful about is that I never got injured during my PE journey. I used relatively high intensity but not to the point of pain. So what’s next guys? All I honestly wanted to gain was .5 inch in length and I would’ve been happy but even that was out of my reach. I just want to know why am I not gaining? I remained calm throughout my entire PE journey and did my routine with full effort every time and trained with specificity (stretching for length). Am I a no gainer at this point?
