My biggest problem

My biggest problem is getting started. I did some stretches a couple months age and ended up with a broken vein and a big purple bruise. Kinda scary when you see that. I didn’t think I was pulling that hard . After that it ‘s kinda hard to get back into it. Anybody else have a hang up like that?how do you know when you are pulling the right amount without doing any damage yet having effective stretching?

Stretch with moderate force to the direction you desire. When you damage yourself it is very likely that you pull to hard or grab to tightly.

Did you warmup first? Very important part of your workout as this insures the blood is flowing and limbers up everything. As bird2 said, start out with medium stretches and work your way up to the real hard pulls. Hope this helps.

It sounds like you wrapped your wand around something to gain some mechanical advantage. With normal stretching it would be difficult to cause an injury. Do not bend, fold or mutilate.

Just take it slow. You don’t have to tear your dick off to get a good stretch. You shouldn’t at any time feel pain while doing stretches. You should feel a bit of a stretch. But not painful. Don’t so much concentrate on stretches. Try to focus more on your jelqing.

Jelqing at a lower erection percentage will give you just as good if not better length results than stretches.

Thanks for the replies! I did do a long warm up( long hot shower first) and when I was stretching ,I really didn’t think I was pulling that hard. Not any pain or anything , that’s why I am apprehensive about stretching again. But I really do need to get started. I’m a terrible procrastinator.
