But after the exercises I used to masturbate. I think this decreases my sexual desire.

Does masturbation affect PE exercises progress ?

From my personal experience I would say yes.To much masturbation does hinder erection quality and gains.

if I had a time machine would return to my 16 years and I give me a slap and I would say to me stop fapping asshole and start peing.

Ok! I’ll try to give a break to my little boy and start PE again in one month without masturbating.
