My Abridged Newbie Routine

Hi all,
I finally decided to get started with PE. I have little time but I want to begin to condition my unit and I’m not too concerned about initial gains. So I have changed a little bit the newbie routine:

- 1 day on, 1 day off
- 5 minutes warm wrap or hot shower plus 50 kegel holds of 5 seconds each
- 10 minutes of jelqing

Kegels and warm-up are done together in order to save time, and there is no end of session warm wrap. Keep in mind that I still live with my family and I will have a hard time doing my exercises. As you can see from my stats I’m more interested in girth so I decided to neglect stretches — at least initially, I will do them when having more time.

What do you think about? Is this routine a bad start?

I think that’s a good start, especially if you’re emphasizing girth.

Since you’re deliberately, and wisely, not rushing into things, you might as well use that jelqing time to experiment a little.

Try it wet, and dry.

Try different states of engorgement.

Change grips from overhand to underhand.

Grip with one hand and use the other hand to create a sort of vise around the first hand to really make a strong sqeeze as you jelq.

Grasp your glans with one hand and stretch out your cock as you jelq with the other hand. Do the same thing and then twist your dick a half turn sideways as you jelq.

I’ve stumbled upon many other ways to jelq. You will too. The standard method you’ll see in the videos is just a starting point.

Your kegel method is good too. But there again you can try all sorts of things, and you don’t just have to do it when you’re PEing. I kegel as often as I think of it. In meetings. At stoplights. When I’m taking a leak… Whenever and wherever.

I suggest trying to do more kegels.It isn’t proven to help girth, but after doing around 100/150 I just hang better. Also I think wet jelqs and clamping are good for girth. But if you clamp, do it manually.you don’t want to hurt yourself.

For at least two months I will stick to jelqs and stretches only, building up from the above routine. I plan to increase kegels and jelqs on a weekly basis (if my penis keeps adapting), something like this:

Weeks:
1st 50 kegels 100 jelqs
2nd 100 kegels 200 jelqs
3rd 150 kegels 300 jelqs
4th 200 kegels 400 jelqs

400 jelqs will take at least 20 minutes, is it two much after only a month?
