My 2ND newbie routine
This is my 2ND newbie routine:
10min hot wrap
6x30 second all-direction stretching
200x3second wet jelq
5min hot wrap
I do this in AM and PM. I do it 2days ON, 2 days OFF.
What do you think about it ? What should I change, do I need some other exercises?
And one stupid question about Uli#3.. Is this exercises good for gaining girth in whole penis (both-head and base) OR just for head girth? Sorry if this is too stupid
