My 2ND Day of PE: A few Questions

Hey everyone. I’ve been lurking on the forum for a couple months and finally decided to give PE a try. I just finished my second PE session. Right now I’m at 6” BPEL and 4.8” EG and hoping to eventually reach around 7.5” BPEL and 6” EG. I’ve got a few questions.

1. How hard should I be stretching? I stretch to the point where it feels like I’m getting a good stretch as I would with a muscle. It’s not hard enough to cause pain, yet if I were to do it slightly harder I think I would feel pain.

2. When doing the rotary stretch I think I’m experiencing some ligament pops when moving past the side stretch. Is this normal? Good? Bad?

3. Third, how much force do you use when jelqing? How tight is the grip supposed to be? I ask this because I can’t maintain an erection when jelqing. I don’t know if this is because I’m doing it too hard, or just because it doesn’t feel good (pleasurable). How do you guys stay hard during something like jelqing that doesn’t exactly feel good?

4. When jelqing, I try to start as close to my body as possible, but it feels like the lower half on my penis isn’t getting worked much. Obviously there is blood being pushed through but it doesn’t start to build up and feel pressurized until I reach the upper half of my penis. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

5. Is it bad to jelq flaccid?

6. For about a minute after finishing the session my penis is pretty large with a pumped up look, but then it returns to normal. Should it be staying pumped up for longer, or is this normal?

I realize I am asking a lot all in one post. Just answer whatever you can. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

1. I’d say you’re doing well, you should be stretching only to the point where you can “feel” the stretch but not to the point of pain.

2. I haven’t started using the rotary stretch yet as I seem to remember people suggesting against it when only beginning PE so I cannot comment much, although lig pops are not strictly negative or positive it seems.

3. For jelqing you should only really be gripping tight enough to trap and move the blood around, you can experiment with how different intensities feel but just use common sense.

4. It’s likely to feel more intense in the upper half as you’re moving/trapping the blood in a smaller area, but you may try different grips to get as close to your base as possible. Also, shaving/trimming pubic hair helps with that if you don’t already.

5. Jelqing flaccid is not bad, and is usually recommended for gaining length, as opposed to girth.

6. Yes you will probably have a post-jelq hang but people often turtle a bit after their workouts. What happens immediately after workouts is not as important as what happens in the long run.

Some of this may be opinion and I’m not a vet by any means but I think that should help you, good luck.

I agree with Moto except for number five. Jelqing flaccid is the same as stretching. You have to have blood in the penis to move with the stroke in order for it to stretch the tunica and cause growth. At least a 50% erection is needed to get enough blood to move.

Yeah, I find that when I do a jelq stroke flaccid just playing with myself or something, it wont do anything, 20% I can get blood to bunch up, but along a whole stroke by the time i get to the end there is very little pressure in the blood mass. 50% at least otherwise it doesn’t work at all. But maybe some people are different.

I too find it difficult to maintain any erection during jelqing but it still seems as though there is blood moving because the head gets big and firm with each stoke.

If you run your cursor over abbreviations like BPFSL, it might actually tell you what it means. Try it!

aaah it does, but you have to leave it over for quite a while

Yeah it takes a whole quarter of a second for it to appear.

Czepa, I happen to know of a couple of moderators who get their noses out of joint when people don’t use a capital letter at the beginning of a sentence and then proper punctuation at the end. Now seeing as I’m a nice person, I thought I would give you a friendly warning, wouldn’t want you to get yelled at.
