my 2 month plan for length and girth...
I’ve been involved in PE’ing for I guess 2 years now. I can’t recall how I started, but I am currently at around 7.5 bp (6.7 nbp) x 5.8. I’ve always planned to formulate a routine and stick with it, but with school and everything, shit comes up and things fall apart. But now, on December 1 (well 2), things are going to change. I’m starting a strict 5 on 2 off routine of 10 minute jelq + 10 minute stretch. This may not sound like a lot of time, but i’ve found one reason i have quit many routines is that I just don’t budget enough time for PE. I am going to stick to this schedule until Feb 1, 2 months. What I hope to get out of this is 7 nbp x 6 eg (which i always achieve for a little bit, but then goes back down), but gains are actually secondary for me this period as it is discipline which I hope most to gain. I am also going to go to the gym (or equivalent workout) nearly everyday during this period in the hopes of gaining some muscle and losing some fat (10 -15 lbs). Wish me luck and any advice is greatly appeciated.
