My 1st month gains
I have been PEing for a month now and these are my current stats: 7 inch BPEL and 5.6 inch EG. I have gained only 0.2 inch in length and 0.1 inch in girth. What do you guys think am I gaining too slow?
Also I would like to concentrate only on length as of now. Should I continue the newbie routine or would you guys like to suggest something different?
Also between jelqing and stretching which is more likely to cause injury? Thanks in advance.
