My 1st month gains

My 1st month gains

I have been PEing for a month now and these are my current stats: 7 inch BPEL and 5.6 inch EG. I have gained only 0.2 inch in length and 0.1 inch in girth. What do you guys think am I gaining too slow?

Also I would like to concentrate only on length as of now. Should I continue the newbie routine or would you guys like to suggest something different?

Also between jelqing and stretching which is more likely to cause injury? Thanks in advance.

The gains are very good, in my opinion. Keep on going and do Newbie Routine for at least 3 months. Why changing the routine which gives You gains?

If You are interested in length, I suggest to do more stretching. You will find what works You the best.

I don’t know which of there exercises can more likely cause injury- both of them done incorrectly can cause injuries. Remember about watching PI’s and keep on going.

Too slow? If those gains were to continue that’d be over 2” length and 1” girth gain a year, which would be considered very good gains

Gains are good and are you using the newbie routine?


Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"

Those gains seem fairly quick, which is really lucky! Keep at it man, there’s no telling how big you’ll be in a year.

MSEG - 4.5 " ---- Goal 4.75 "

Do the maths dude. 0.2” in a month? 12 months in a year. 2.4” a year at that pace - a bit more than a third more than you started with.

Those are really good gains. I would suggest you keep doing whatever it is you’re doing until you’ve exhausted your gains.
