I feel like i have to share this story with you guys, thunders forum have give me so much that i want give something back to this wonderful community.

This morning i went to see Urologist in one of the top private clinics here in london “hartley Group” if any one here is from England knows what iam talking about, anyway on past wednesday i went to this clinic for blood test and full body check, its their policy to do that before see an urologist, then they book me for saturday morning which is today.

After i arrived at the clinic i was really nervous, i dont even know why lol!!!! The Doctor told me to seat down, and said the following: _ i have checked your “medical full body check record” and seen that everything is okey with you, testosterone level and the blood pressure are aceptable, my only concern is your colesterol level seen bit high.

Then i asked - so Doctor why i am having sometime trouble getting an erection, if everything seen to be okey?

the Doctor look at me and said: _ your problem is simple to cure you are young and you really dont need any special medicine to get back your normal erection.

i did get bit up set and i asked why? he said _ i could charge you thousand of pound and prescribe a good dose for you but i don see the point of doing it. i have a very simple program for you that will give you the same but natural result if in the next three months you stick with it.

Then the doctor printed some papers and said: _here are what i want you to do: first of all, perform physical exercise four days a week…you have to perform “8x8 plus 20 exercise”

i said to him: what is this? the Doctor said “8x8” consist in lifting light weight 3 form of resistent exercises a day, you have to perfom set of 8 with 8 reps with 20- 35 second rest in between you must finish the light weight exercise within 40 - 45 then take 5 min break and start run faster as you can on treatmill for 20 min.

i said in my mind: this Doctor must be crazy!!! i came here for treatment and he talk about fitness and shit!!!
Then the Doctor realised that i was bit surprised: and He continued: _you must add porridge in your diet and make sure you eat plenty of fruit and vegetable. you must eat fruit in between your meals times 11am; 3pm and 9pm. the vegetable you can eat once a day in the dinner time with eggs or tuna, avoid rice and pasta and make sure you drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day

i kept talked to myself: this doctor beside crazy is also nutricionist damm?
then he continued:_ i know it sound strange, but what i am prescribing you is the best treatment for you, if i give you ED tablets it will work exactly the same way as these routine with side effects.

basically the exercices and diet will pump your heart too much blood once you get used to it, and your heart will deliver blood to the brain and penis area easily and higher pressure, at anytime you get excited or want sex. this is program pump your penis with blood just like viagra does or even better than viagra your libido will increase too.

Before you go i will recommend you to perform these techniques that i advice to my all clients. the doctor said:
_take these cream with you and apply to your penis in the early morning stretch and squeeze your penis, apply this in the morning and night before go to bed. 10 min in the morning and 10 min at night. basically you will force more blood to the penis and if you stick with it you will be amazed by result some of my clients report 1 inch increase in penis size after one year on this program

i said to the doctor: - aren’t you doctors who claiming to be only possible to increase the penis size by surgery?

the doctor smile at me and said_ the medicine industry hide some many truth my son, you should feel lack you met a doctor like me just go and do the program comeback here in next three months.

To be honest a great story but I thought this well known?

I had a medical issue and like you “99” I had raised cholesterol. At this point I did no exercise and just ate what I wanted when I wanted.

At this point my life changed.

I now cycle @100km per week. I also do 3x1 hr resistance sessions and I eat much better and don’t drink or smoke. I will say I feel fitter and one massive for sure reaction is my libido is much higher. My weight use to be 13 stone, now I am about 12 stone yet my body is so different, 35 waist down to 31 and replaced “fat” with “muscle”.

My cholesterol dropped and my resting heart rate is now low 50’s and into high 40’s when sitting. Clearly the cardio strengthens the heart and helps blood flow around the body.

I would raise a few issues, 8*8 seems alot, normally 3*12 or rippletoe routine does 5*5. Yes a fitter body clearly probably helps erection levels, but PE techniques like stretching and jelqing still worked better for me. Forget about 1” in a year, I did that in 6 months with PE! Also exercise is great, but after a hard session you are knackered, no sex then, lol.

I would be interested to hear what this cream is however?

I read it sitting in a bookstore a few years ago, it was pretty good. Have been meaning to get a used copy on ebay.

Perhaps your doctor has that book!

Right after I finish working out is one of the times that my libido is through the roof. I would do anyone, anywhere, anyhow.. You get the idea.

A diet high in fruits and vegetables along with working out and lots of cardio will help almost anyone achieve great EQ. This does work for lots of guys who once had erection problems.

Wow I have been thinking the same thing recently.. I have been finding it really hard to get any noticeable gains and I kinda suspected that it might be because I sit on my ass all day and dont get much blood pumping through my body, plus I smoke weed frequently. Your post has inspired me to do a bit of an overhaul on my exercise routine and diet. Thanks for helping me realize how stupid I am :warp:
