People say when you stop jelqing if you don’t cement you will shrink, well that is true. About a year ago I jelqed up to 6.75 and I just lost track. I stopped.

I am back to stage 1. (well .25 bigger)

So, those that have stopped before and continued again, did you get back faster?

Of course. Any previous gain which is lost is more easily gained after a layoff.

I’m surprised to find after this long I don’t lose much at all during a layoff. There is a very small amount under .500” shrunk back, but it gains back quickly and even stretches will keep it.

Usually in growing back into old growth, you can pass it a little and obtain new growth.

I’ve been pleased with how fast I’ve picked up lost gains too. I didn’t take as long of a break however.

Same boat here almost lost .5 in a year in length not so much .25 in girth. I have check marks on my ruler from last year I couldn’t believe it. I have been back at it for two weeks trying to get to 7x6 and the two inch gain club will see. Going back to the basics newbie routine.
