Multiple Workouts
I’m 5 weeks in the newbie routine & currently doing 10-15 minutes of warmup rotating 2 warm wet wash cloths then doing 12 stretches in up - down - side to side holding from 45 to 60 seconds each. Once I’ve completed the stretches I jelq anywhere from 15 - 20 minutes which is usually 400 jelqs for me. I also kegel often when warming up - stretching & jelqing. I use the warm wash cloths for another 10 - 15 minutes after workout. I haven’t had any red spots or bruising & I think my workout is good but I would like to know if it would be beneficial to do these same workouts twice a day when time is appropriate. I’m retired so time is on my side. I’ve enjoyed this forum very much & I’m really committed at being consistent to this workout. Thanks for any input. I’m all ears. Nic
