I am new to PE and after doing a bit of reading on this forum and learned a great deal. About 3 weeks ago I decided to make a solid effort.

I am doing something close to the Newbie routine:
* 5 min warm-up
* 15 – 20 minutes of manual stretching
* 15 – 20 minutes of wet jelqs (with some Ulis)
* 5 min light stretches

The whole thing takes a bit more than 30 minutes.

Stealth is pretty important to me but I live in a house with 7 kids and a wife running around. Since 6 of the kids are girls … getting 30 minutes of unquestioned privacy in the bathroom is pretty much impossible … so I have been relegated to doing my sessions in the very early morning.

I have 2 questions:

1. Will it make a much of a difference if I split the workout into 2 sessions: 1 for the stretches and 1 for the Jelqs? This may make sneaking in my workouts a little easier.

2. I was thinking of adding 5 minute stretch sessions through out the day … pretty much every time I used the bathroom.

I hadn’t seen these 2 questions addressed on previous threads and would be interested in the groups thoughts.

Buy a huge pump and use it in your living room. The ensuing hilarity should solve all your privacy problems :)

On a more serious note:
Two sessions worked great for me. You will have to experiment. I recommend doing length in the morning b/c leaves me very horny throughout the day :)

The little stretch sessions should help a lot as well. Read up on Bennett’s thread, he used it with great success. Consider adding Traction Wrapping (Mummy) into the mix.

7 kids? It looks like your penis is getting a good workout already, lol.

My opinion on the subject is that several short sessions through the day actually just trains your penis how to return to its original state faster. It may work for beginners, but I don’t think that it would be beneficial after you have exhausted your initial gains. My theory is that you must keep the penis in its expanded state for as long as possible. By this I don’t just mean in terms of blood volume, but rather that if you cause controlled damage, every time you massage it / tamper with it at a lower stress level than the level that was used to achieve that damage, it kind of sets the bar lower than it was at the end of your higher intensity workout.

Zero evidence for this other than my own personal experience. Give it a try and see how it works. Maybe it will work really great for you!

The last couple of days I have been doing 2, 10min sessions (5min stretch and 5 min dry jelq) + 1 20min session 50/50 s/j and flaccid hang and eq is good with minimum of 4 hours between each set.
