Hey guys,

I’ve been following the newbie routine for about 4 months now and I’ve seen very little gains (girth). I am grateful for the gains that I have been able to achieve.I just want more.

Tomorrow I plan on buying some clamps from walmart and starting a new routine. My current routine is warm up, 300 wet jelqs, warm down.

So heres my question: Now that I’m going to start clamping, what should my routine be like? I’m aware that 3 sets of 10 minutes is a good starting point and I do know that many people recommend that I continue jelqing.but how many jelqs should I be doing? Would my normal 300 be too many? I started jelqing with 200 and I have slowly built that number up over the past few months. And should I be jelqing before or after my 3 clamping sessions?

I really hope the clamping will help me achieve my girth goals. Jelqing is great and although my gains were not much, I notice it when I grip my cock.

Clamping for me is about feel. Some days 1 or 2 sets is enough. (10 mins each) Some days 3 doesn’t feel like it’s cutting it, but I stop there anyways. Definitely ease yourself into it and watch your PI’s. I noticed some definite discoloration at first too, but that was quickly dispatched with some firegoat rolls. 300 jelqs seems like a lot, I bet you will probably get some responses telling you to focus more on quality and really take your time. I always do my clamps last since they seem to be the hardest on the penis. Doing them earlier makes other exercises more difficult in my opinion.

Yeah it makes sense to me to do my jelqs first in order to get my dick ready for the clamping sessions. I suppose ill start back at 200 and take it from there. Thanks a lot for the advice.
