Moving on to clamping
I’ve been following the newbie routine for about 4 months now and I’ve seen very little gains (girth). I am grateful for the gains that I have been able to achieve.I just want more.
Tomorrow I plan on buying some clamps from walmart and starting a new routine. My current routine is warm up, 300 wet jelqs, warm down.
So heres my question: Now that I’m going to start clamping, what should my routine be like? I’m aware that 3 sets of 10 minutes is a good starting point and I do know that many people recommend that I continue jelqing.but how many jelqs should I be doing? Would my normal 300 be too many? I started jelqing with 200 and I have slowly built that number up over the past few months. And should I be jelqing before or after my 3 clamping sessions?
I really hope the clamping will help me achieve my girth goals. Jelqing is great and although my gains were not much, I notice it when I grip my cock.
