Moving BACK to less advanced routines
I had to stop doing manual girth work because my girth got to the point that it was difficult to get a decent workout (i have small hands). I did mostly squeezes and dry jelqs. I had good gains (about .25” in 2 months) but had to move to something else.
I moved to clamping and after 1 month i havent seen any change. Is it too late (tissues too toughened) to move back down away from clamping?
