Motivation to stick to PE
Hi guys, this is my first post on a forum. I’ve been a member for a few months now and been doing PE on and off. The longest I’ve been able to stick with it is 2 weeks. I haven’t seen much results. My measurements are as follows:
BPEL: 5.5 (that’s pressed pretty hard)
Pretty pathetic numbers :/ especially flaccid, hence the name showernorgrower. I want to see some gains. My goal isn’t even that high. I just want to be average 5.5-6 NBPEL and EG OF 5-5.5. My and my long term girlfriend just broke up and it got me pretty bad. I’ve been insecure and my measurements are even smaller than average.
My problem is I haven’t been able to stick to a routine. I was following the newbie routine with a 10 minute warm up, 10 min of basic stretching. 10-12 min of jelqing and 5 min warm wrap at the end with maybe 20-25 kegels at 5-8 sec holds. In total though it take 30-45 min then more to clean. I was doing 2 days on and 1 off.
I can’t stick to it though because of distractions at home, having the privacy to do it, work, school and I still don’t believe if it’s possible to actually see gains. I’ve seen all the posts in the progress forum and I still doubt if those are achievable. What is your motivation and show do you keep to a routine? Is it possible for me to achieve my goals and if so any idea how long it would take.
