Motivation to stick to PE

Hi guys, this is my first post on a forum. I’ve been a member for a few months now and been doing PE on and off. The longest I’ve been able to stick with it is 2 weeks. I haven’t seen much results. My measurements are as follows:

NBPEL: 4.5

BPEL: 5.5 (that’s pressed pretty hard)

FL: 2.5-3


Pretty pathetic numbers :/ especially flaccid, hence the name showernorgrower. I want to see some gains. My goal isn’t even that high. I just want to be average 5.5-6 NBPEL and EG OF 5-5.5. My and my long term girlfriend just broke up and it got me pretty bad. I’ve been insecure and my measurements are even smaller than average.

My problem is I haven’t been able to stick to a routine. I was following the newbie routine with a 10 minute warm up, 10 min of basic stretching. 10-12 min of jelqing and 5 min warm wrap at the end with maybe 20-25 kegels at 5-8 sec holds. In total though it take 30-45 min then more to clean. I was doing 2 days on and 1 off.

I can’t stick to it though because of distractions at home, having the privacy to do it, work, school and I still don’t believe if it’s possible to actually see gains. I’ve seen all the posts in the progress forum and I still doubt if those are achievable. What is your motivation and show do you keep to a routine? Is it possible for me to achieve my goals and if so any idea how long it would take.

It’s very possible to gain, my friend. Check out some of the other members’ progress reports. It’s really incredible. I started a month ago and don’t even do but 40 sec stretches in 5 different directions, two times total and I’ve seen some great gains in just a month!

You have to stick to it. It won’t happen over night. The gains will only come if you show discipline and make yourself do it. You have to work for it before you can get the results.

Yes, your goals are achievable. I would guess something around 2 years for the length and at least 4 years for the girth.

What was my short term motivation was gaining the increasing EQ others mention. Once I saw that happen, it gave me hope that I could gain.

Once you see your first gains, you can get hooked. Over ten years later, I’m still here.

I couldn’t agree more with what Titleist just said. I too came here for better EQ which I was able to get, but I’ve also gotten bigger. And I’ve only been doing it for a year and a half but I’m now hooked as well.

Yes PE works but it’s like anything else: you have to be disciplined and consistent. You’ll get out of it what you put into it.

Be patient and stay the course. You’ll get there.

For a long time I took care of my grandmother and didn’t have much privacy and it was a high stress household and busy life for me. Motivation dropped and it killed some of my drive and EQ wit it. And it would cycle, depending on work and family drama. Some weeks I found time, privacy and motivation. Some would have one of those missing. (I have been walked in on using a pump under a desk I’m sitting at. It’s AWKWARD to play off the noisy DP 4000 face to face.) But honestly..

Originally my motivation was poor sex. I had circulation problems, an ugly girlfriend I settled for because my confidence was in the toilet due to my size, shape and virgin status at the time. I started to fix my curve and hopefully get better Erection Quality. EQ came, and I started controlling sex the way I wanted slow but sure. THAT was my motivation.

After that came erection frequency and THEN size increases. As it so happened for me. I used to get hard every other day. Now, I can masturbate 3x a day and still get hard the next day. Knowing these things, each new small milestone over time made my motivation build up.

Start with small sessions and keep an open mind. Say “I want more EQ, a bit more size and stamina. I can do this so that’s what I’m going to get.” Believe it and over time.that’s what you’ll get. And when you get it, you’ll jump high enough to hit your fist on the ceiling and you’ll be on your way.

Seven years ago I started. About 6 years and 4 months ago I realized I was big enough that the girlfriend was complaining legitimately because she was used to smaller and softer me from the beginning of the relationship. THAT was a boost I never expected.

Your boost will come. Don’t watch the pot, just keep the fire going. It will boil. I guarantee.

My current PE4F pumping project and my balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

This thing works and its really amazing. Its not only about the ego boost but mostly the satisfaction of your own achievement.

I have gained 0.5 inch and when I see my dick I can’t believe that is mine.

It’s really just because jelqing is mixed in with edging, so it’s enjoyable. I rarely stretch due to it effecting EQ, boring, and length isn’t my goal.

I’m less than two months in and will spend perhaps first year to see if I’m a hard gainer or not.


I focus on hope.

I’ve lived my entire life insecure, afraid of dating due to penis insecurities, scared of what women think of me.

Now I find there is hope that I can change something about me that I’ve always wanted to?

And more importantly I have learned how to start accepting myself through the examples given by outstanding members of this community.

With that frame of mind I actually have more trouble with too much PE and avoiding injury due to overzealous training.

Married father of 2 working 45 hours a week and maintaining a home by the way.

Remember how far you've come, not just how far you have to go.

Starting: 6.0 BPEL 5.0 EG

Current: 6.9 BPEL 5.25 EG

Motivation: own body and enhanced sex life.

I believed other members in the beginning and now I can show off my own progress. I’m not a HUGE gainer in length but have achieved almost 0.5 inch increase in BPEL. Girth is easier for me, at least for now.

I guess you have to stick to your routine. If you don’t believe you wont do it long enough to notice any gains.

And remember, you have to learn how o do things. A jelqed in a wrong manner for like 2 years. Do it right, do it consistently and just wait a few months.

Seeing is stronger than believing. The above quoted post gives me an idea for designing a mini-routine that you easily can squeeze in a full agenda.

We go for EQ enhancing first and a little gain as secondary objective.

First component is Kegel exercises. Do a small routine of Kegels every day, just 5 minutes. Can be done everywhere and anytime - it’s very discrete…

Second component is edging. Learn what edging is and learn to control your dick as you can control a hand or a foot. Have it under your command. Do every night an edging session, the longer the better.

Third component is a mini-newbie routine.
- 5min warm-up
- 2x 30sec stretches down/up/left/right/out
- 5min jelqing (wet or dry), very slow movements, about 5 sec per jelq.
- 5min warm-down

This routine lasts just 20 minutes. Do it every third day, not more. But do it very constantly EVERY third day :-)

Now do that mini-routine for 90 days. It’s without the edging a time investment of just a bit less than 18 hours… over 90 days!

Dont take measurments, how high the temptation might be. And then after 90 days measure and decide if these 14 hours were worth it.

PS: just a hint. Don’t know if you use porn, but if yes try to completely stop it for those 90 days. That will give you a different view and a boost of confidence too.
