I have spent many hours reading the stories of others while here and have found them to be quite motivational and aid in my PE journey and thought I could share mine in an effort to provide the same inspiration for others. Although a newbie here, at Thunder’s Place, I have been stretching and jelqing for one whole year. I am pleased to announce that I am nearing a 2” gain in length and almost 1” in girth. I have strayed slightly from my routine but never abandoned my efforts entirely for more then one week. I stretch for ten minutes a day and jelq for 40 - five times per week. I started at 5.5 NBP and and at 7.4 right now. My cir. scar has darkened a bit. I would prefer it gone but have found that by focusing my jelqing more at the base the color of my shaft is starting to match the color of the scar more, thus, making it less apparent. I prefer the bronzing affect and hope one day my entire penis will near the same color. I just started hanging and notice already that my flaccid size is significantly bigger and am pleased as it was always an issue for me. I never thought 7.25 erect equates to less then 4 soft. What are your takes on that? Now I am a solid 4.5 NBP soft which I am pleased with. Anyway - I am just a newbie to thunders with a little PE experience who wanted to share his story.

Woe, those are great gains! That is an inspiration. I’ve been going at it for about 3 weeks, and I hope in a year to get just half what you gained. I’m also wondering: did you just do manual stretches? And furthermore, did you wet jelq or dry jelq?

2” - sweet. Congratulations. I’ve been doing pe for a little over a month and not seen any progress yet. I guess I am a hard gainer. However my erections started pointing up again :)

Huffduck - I do just manual stretches. I am big however and work out 4 days a week. I use alot of my strength. - I once read on a website a long time ago that jelqing was not worth it because in order to make actual gains you would have to do at an intensity and for a period that most people could not. So my answer to that was I will just going to become one of those people who can and have built up a strength and endurance that have served me well. It just think the gym - I have to push myself to see growth. I wet-jelq with Albolene - which can be bought at any drugstore. Its the best.

Stevie31 - Honestly - I never spent as much time researching as I should have - I simply downloaded some file from a file-sharing program and started up. I searched for something relating to discoloration a couple weeks ago and found Thunder’s Place. I feel like I hit the lottery *laughing*.

benbe5312 - please don’t do what I do because I made gains - as evidenced from the hundreds of people on this site who have made gains - there are a variety of methods that work. Look at all of them collectively and do what sounds good to you. If anything I can criticize my own routine, for example, I think manual stretches really work for my - partially because I use a good amount of force - but because of the force my grip tires quickly which forces me to quit early. I wish I did more than just ten minutes. This is why I am exited about hanging because although I will continue my manuals I hope these might assist. However I have only done it for a week and thus cannot offer any opinion on them.

I read the same stuff and use the same approach, both for jelqing and stretching. I am a strong guy, so I use my strength and stamina to last 30-45 min. of very intense jelqing + 30 min. stretching, applying not only my considerable strength, but -sometimes if I get tired- also my weight when stretching/jelqing downwards. I am NOT advising this to anyone, even though I have remained injury free.

When you say “intensity”, do you mean how hard you squeeze?

Does this mean most people can not apply a lot of pressure (squeezing) for a long period of time, say 30-40 minutes?
