Motivate Me To Continue My Decon :D

Hi guys!My story is this.I do PE since end of December.Made good gains of 0.5 ” in about 5 months till May and then till August did not make any gains.I read a lot and I after mental overview of what I was doing, I realized I was doing exercises with a high intensity, resulting in an early plateau.I decided I will take around 9-10 weeks of decon.5 already passed, 4-5 left.At first during the first 1-2 weeks I felt like a new man.But now I start to miss PE a lot and start to find all the good reasons why there is no need to continue.I want to jelq and strech my dick aaaaaa lot! :D .

I know no one can motivate me as much as I can, but please give me good reasons why I should stick with the decon :)

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I think 5 weeks is more than enough.. I took a decon break from hanging about 3.5-4 weeks in I started noticing my noncemented gains retracting. And so I started back up. Back on the gain train. Whoo whoooo.

But if you believe that’s what your body needs just find something else to take your mind off it. Go buy a new PS4 game and play it through in your typical PE time or something. Good luck

Well mentally I feel ready.Physically…I also feel good.Its not that like I have had some crazy negative PIs, just my gains had stalled and I realized that the period when I started to gain, I also made the mistake to increase the intensity, thinking this will lead to bigger gains.Instead this led to plateau, so I decided to take decon.And because the majority says 2 months…now I am in dillemma.I feel good, but I feel my length gains are starting to retract too… :(

What do you thinking, do you think I am ready or me thinking good is false indicator and I should continue with my decon?Anyone with eperience over this?

Well, according to sports scientists, it takes the body at least 6 weeks to condition and decondition your body. That’s why most people suggests 2 months or 8 weeks. I think 6 weeks would be good. You lifted the intensity too early and because of that, you got a strong dick instead of a long dick. You ligaments are probably still strong, so take at least 6 weeks so they become weak and stretchable again. And then don’t as intense as before. My 2 cents.

You already went that far and aborting your plans now would be a waste of time so to speak. If you are rushing, five weeks lost could sting a little.

If you want that bad to come back, take another week off and return as slow as possible, lets say on the Linear routine.

Thank you guys, after reading what you think, I think I calmed down and I decided I will stick with my initial plan.If I am rushing now, for sure I will rush in the future, and this is not good.Slow and steady is the way.Thank you for the support!

Yestersay I decided to edge 15 min and to do kegels during the edging.This morning I woke up at 6 30 for work with a big morning wood.And I was starting to not get morning woods, when I get so early.Maybe the saying “use it or lose it” apply with your penis.Do you think edging for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week will hinder the full decon benefits?Until now during those 5 weeks I havent done any edging, nor kegels.Even not so much masturbation.

If you edge or don’t, it’s not going to be a factor. As long as you don’t use a gorilla grip.

Agree with Tittleist. Edging nor kegals either in my opinion are going to effect deconditioning.
