Most noticeable strain when pulling down
I do manual stretches with the Vac ADS and I’ve noticed that pulling towards the floor causes me to feel the strain/stretching at the base of the penis where it goes into the body. I get a mild stretching feel in the other directions, but this is 3 or 4 times more noticeable.
Does this mean that I should focus on the other directions, or should I focus mainly on the downward stretch because it’s “hitting” that spot more?
