Hi guys, I read a lot of threads in the injury forum, but most of the injury causes are from jelqing and masturbating too much, but I want your opinion on what is really the most cause of injury? Is it really the jelqing? How many of the member injured themselves from hanging and clamping and uli’s or other? I’m wondering if its really the jelqing that cause most of the injuries then we need to be really careful mostly the beginners because jelqing is the beginner exercise.

To get a permanent injury from jelqing I think you have to put the pressure of a truck on it and cry in pain, otherwise it’s literally impossible.

Reckless approaches and execution of the exercises are the problem. Would not be fair to point at jelqing (or any other) as the most “dangerous” exercise because there is infinite ways to do it.

Following the recommendations with common sense and close attention to your penis signs (PI), everything will be alright, at any PE exercise (recommended to your level of conditioning).

I would spend more time reading the instructions and asking questions than reading threads on injuries. Those threads seem to get a bit wacky!

Most if not all injuries are caused by going overboard with too much force or time. Over enthusiasm in trying to make quick gains is often the misguided goal.

PE takes time and patience and usually requires a lot of trial and error to find your exercise limits and what techniques work best for you.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

You got a point, maybe that makes me think ill might get injured because of thinking too much, thanks for your reply

Injuries are caused by:

1. Overtraining.
2. Poor application of technique
3. Bad mentality.

That’s it.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Potential attributing factors I would add to the injury list would be life style choices, genetic conditions, and disease.

The reality is that no one truly knows the number of people that injure themselves. There are many different levels of injury. From skin tears to practically performing a self-amputation (I don’t consider that PE).

I feel the percentage of people that injure themselves is very small considering the amount of people that do PE.

PE and exercising have many parallels. You can absolutely injure yourself exercising. You should absolutely listen to the feedback your body gives you when exercising. If you seriously hurt yourself go to a doctor.
