I have been maintaining a newbie regime of 25 x 30-sec stretches, 200 jelqs, 4 x 20 sec squeezes and 200 kegels per day for the last 6 weeks. I have been taking two days off per week. After around 2 weeks I noticed better erections, and my member feels heavier while flaccid.

Any tips ? And how long should I continue with this regime ?

I think you should be at the point where you can start adding to your routine. Just do it slowly, add gradually to what you are doing. Maybe try out a new exercise or two, but keep the reps and intensity of the new exercise low at first.

I think you should definitely add more jelqs now because you are probably ready for them. Also you might want to increase either the amount of stretches or the amount of time for each stretch. Lastly you could add some girth specific exercises but you should do these at a very low volume/intensity for another 4 weeks. Girth exercises put a lot of pressure on the dick and it will be very easy to hurt yourself if you jump into it too quickly.
