Hello everyone, I have just started PE for 6 weeks now. I have had about a .25 BPEL gain with no girth gains at this time.
I usually do my workout in the morning shower as follows.

5-10 minutes warm up
10 minutes stretching
50 - 75 jelqes
10 minutes edging

Everything is going good with PI and the general look of my penis. It looks bigger and my erections are far superior than 6 weeks ago.
So here is my issue, the last 3 mornings I have woke up with raging morning wood and wood through the night has woke me up. My dick feels like I fuck all night because it is erect so long and hard through out the night.
Should I wait to do PE later in the day or what. It just felt beat up but the PI is telling me other wise.

It sounds like everything is going great, so I wouldn’t change anything. However, feel free to experiment; the more you learn about how your penis responds to different things, the better.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Morning wood and while sleeping is supposed to be very good for keeping your penis healthy and in top operating condition. Kind of sounds like it is working very well for you. It is certainly better to have morning wood then not to have it.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Measure your morning wood. It is when I am the biggest.

I knew it was a good sign , but it was feeling worn out. I am taking 2 days off and back at it.

I was thinking about stop edging because it seemed to be making my balls ache a little. I guess what most people refer to as blue balls.
My wife and I have sex guite often, and we did two of the nights that this has happened. So I get plenty of release to sleep.
She knows I have started to PE , I told her it was supposed to help with erections. I had a small issue with not so great erections. She loves the new cock as far as I can tell. But I have to preform so I can’t ask for only rest day sex !
