more skin?

since I have been PE’ing I seam to have more skin where the shaft meets the balls, and the ball skin seams to go farther up the shaft. is this a normal part of PE?

Yep, it’s commonly referred to as the “turkey neck”. Do a search for that phrase to read more about it and to find possible ways to avoid/reduce it.
