More rest or bad idea
I have been doing PE for 6 months and been reading a lot of different theories. I have gained 1 1/8” length in this 6 month time frame using a ADS and hanging. Routine is 20 min hang in morning, ADS while at work, and three 20 min hangs during the evening. Was going to wait until I hit 1 1/2” before doing Any girth work but would like to get to 5” girth sooner. Goal is BPEL 7” Meg 5.5”.
Considering new routine with more rest time for a month to see how my penis reacts. Thoughts: mechanical jelq for 10 mins in the mornings, No ADS, four 20 min hangs in the evening and another 10 mins of jelqing before bed.
