1) What exactly does BPEL stand for?

I am going to start PE and I was wondering if it will help with my lack of confidence with socialising in groups of guys? Does it really give you a new found confidence? Or do I need lots of counseling too?

From what I’ve seen around here making your dick bigger doesn’t change your attitude toward it. Even if they gain several inches, they still see it as small. I wouldn’t look at the things you can do here as having much effect on your personality.

If you have a problem relating to others you need to look at yourself and try to understand why you have that problem. Is it your physique, looks, education, money or those things in them? Almost everyone has something about them that makes them unique or special. Find that thing about yourself and use it to make yourself seem as an equal to the others and your relationships may improve.

Counseling may help if your feel you cannot look at your problem by yourself. There’s no shame in asking for assistance.

I do believe that physical changes can cause a change in one’s approach and ofcourse help to build confidence, I mean people that lose weight, start working out or improve the way the look - at least and especially in the way they see themselves - start to see things differently. so there’s no reason why it won’t work with PE as well. ofcourse it’s not all you need to do but it’ll help, it’s a step in the right direction.

I would have to agree with Loks for a lot of guys. Hell I read many a thread on this site stating the confidence factor. I myself don’t need to PE to build confidence, I do it for the novelty, but then again I’m 7.25 BPEL X 5.1 EG searching for 8 x 5.5.
