Please Help with Routine/Gen. Info

Just another newbie here, and I’d like to request everyone’s help in forming a routine. I fully understand that every technique works differently for different people, but I’m trying to isolate various techniques for length and girth. Please excuse me if some of my questions have been posted elsewhere—- it’s a big site, and links would be greatly appreciated. OK, here we go:

PRESENT STATS: ENBL = 6.5” ENBG (midshaft) = about 5”

GOALS: ENBL = 7.5” - 8” ENBG (midshaft) = 5.5” - 6”

JUST A COUPLE OF BASIC FACTS ABOUT MYSELF:


1) I personally hold non-bone-pressed length to be “true” (according to my standards for myself only).

2) My goals may seem modest as compared with others, but I’m looking for “large” (nicely over average) dimensions which will set me apart from most men (for myself), and greatly satisfy my woman (for her). On the same token, I don’t want anything that would cause discomfort for most women or be hard to handle. I love receiving oral very often (who doesn’t?), and I want a unit that can blow her mind during intercourse, but can still be taken easily and deeply during oral, allowing her to perform freely and work all the magic :) : I don’t want it to become a chore—that’ll only lead to less of it.

3) I recently acquired the Penimaster and Power Jelq, and plan on utilizing the Penimaster alot, but I can’t hold an erection down when performing any kind of jelquing motions ( I get too hard too quick, but I’ll work on it).

4) My erection stands straight up, and has much tension on it: I can barely comfortably get it to the 90 degree position with her on top, and I worry if she looks like she may lean back a little. This leads me to believe that I have some tight ligaments, and may be able to achieve 1”-1.5” length gains farily easily.

5) Iwant girth gains evenly over the entire length and head, not just the base (no cones or baseball bats wanted)

TECHNIQUES I’M INTERESTED IN:

stretching with Penimaster, use of Power Jelq, Ulis, DLD Blasters, and possibly Hanging.

QUESTIONS FOR YOU ALL:

1) Which techniques are the best and fastest for length gains, and which are the best and fastest for even girth gains over the entire length of the penis (including the head)? Links for details on procedures and devices would be greatly appreciated.

2) Which of these techniques are the most permanent, and what is required to make these gains permanent?

3) What is the LOT (loss of tug), how do you find it, and how does it help you better stretch for maximum length gains?

I’m not really for working the penis until spots result. In my opinion, only some light reddening and maybe a little soreness would be appropriate if all things are done correctly (but I may be mistaken==== That’s why I’m asking all the pros).

I hope some of you veterans can chime in for me.

Welcome to Thunder’s Place. You’ll notice your second copy of this thread disappeared. It is unnecessary to post a thread twice.

Some people find hanging does best for length, others find a good stretch+jelq routine works out well. For girth high erection level jelqing, squeezes (including the mechanically assisted like the ULI thing), and pumping work well.

Most girth exercises require you to start with a conditioned penis if you want to avoid injury.

If you want a specific answer here try a specific question.

Any of these techniques are permanent but gains will have to be sealed in to become truly permanent. Continuing to PE and getting larger will seal in previous gains and a maintenance routine can be adopted to seal in final gains. Still some people have registered partial losses of gains.

LOT

btw I suggest you start without the toys and add them into your routine when you find an appropriate place for them. Its worthwhile learning to jelq before using a power jelq and personally I find manual jelqing superior.

Check out the newbie routine in this forum. Consider following it for 2-3 months, maybe adding in alternate stretches gradually. After a couple of months add the girth exercises. PE is a long term thing.

Fair enough but measure bone pressed for the purposes of tracking gains.

Fine, but I’d keep track of both bp and nbp stats as sometimes the shaft is growing and the skin pulls the fat pad up hiding the true gains.

Assuming your fat pad is 0.5” deep you already have good size at 7”bpel.
At 7.5 nbpel that would make you 8.0 bpel - a damn good size!! Your girth goals are indeed modest considering your start size is pretty fair.

Most guys that have the powerjelq liked it at first then quit using it. Some guys like fully erect jelqing. But anyway after a while you’ll learn how to maintain the proper level for what you want to do.

Probably right. You may want to consider some downward or btc manual stretches to augment the penismaster stretching.

If you do both jelq and traction methods you should end up with a balanced peice. I had a little bit of a baseball bat effect for a while but I think time generally fixes that.

I have always been of the opinion that a few red spots indicate a profitable workout. You should have a light soreness following workouts for the first few months but this seems to not happen as your dick gets conditioned (coincidentally this lessening seems to correlate with slowing of gains).

More Questions ??!!

First, I’d like to thank you all for the prior help you’ve given me in answering some questions.

I’ve got a few more, if anyone would be so kind:

1) I’ve begun a stretch routine (I’m focusing on length right at the moment, and I’ll work the girth stuff in). I’m proposing to do manual (and maybe hanging) between the cheeks downward stretches, and follow them with penimaster use. I feel a great lig stretch with the btc stretch, and I’m thinking that would be good to start with to really work and elongate the ligs, and then the penimaster use in the second part of the session would be good to take those stretched ligs and exert a nice (not as rough) stabilizing or maintaining stretch on them to hold those temporary micro-gains and cement them in, little by little.
Do you think I’m on the right track?
Also, can you recommend a good time frame for holding/repeating the btc stretches?

2) When I’ve stretched the ligs to the point that I gain my desired 1” - 1.5” gains, will my erection no longer stand up straight on its own or be able to stand up straight? Or, will it still stand up, but just be able to bend downward a lot farther and more easily? It currently has a real nice tight feeling, and I’m just wondering if it won’t feel as hard or tight. On the flip side, though, I’d be able to more easily hit a lot cooler angles and positions.

I don’t know about the penismaster stuff, I never used it. Maybe you could do a search and find members or threads that cover it, or maybe someone will see your thread and chime in.

I’d say 30-60 sec holds. I use talcum powder to assist the grip.

Mine was up about 10:00 now its a little below 9:00. I think basically it got that way in my case because its heavier.

A lot depends on the particular woman and the positions you like and what you want to hit.

When I asked about the hard or tight feeling, I was refering to the erection itself. I’m concerned about loosing the tightness or hardness of the erection itself. I get rock hard and can damn near push through a sheetrock wall, and was wondering if any of that intensity would be lost.????
I was thinking of experimenting with various rigs to comfortably hold the btc stretch for longer periods as I work into it—-kinda like a more manual, more intense penimaster, because the intensity of the btc outdoes it at this point. Any thoughts?????????? Oh yeah, and I ordered some thera-band to experiment with. I was thinking of various uses, some with the penimaster, to get more traction and a greater, more even pull with the same or less tightness near the head from the securing device.

Immediatly post work out some guys experience fatigue which could result in weak erections. Avoid having to perform for several hours post work out and things should be fine.

You may want to do a search on all day stretchers (ads) some guys have recently come up with a contraption to hold btc. I’ll post it if I happen across it.
