More pump when clamping

More pump when clamping

I only get about a 1/8-1/4 inch gain while clamped, anyway to increase this? Been clampin for a few months and it seems alot of guys get up to an inch, but I’m lucky to get that 1/4

What are going for girth, length or both? Clamping is for girth but in my experience you aren’t doing to bad. What kind of gains did you get out of the newbie routine? That’s where I saw most of my gains.

I think it isn’t really important how much expansion you get while clamping. Let’s reasoning a bit: if you just get 1/4” expansion, it does means that you have a not elastic TA. This means that your TA approach is elastic limit earlier than the average PEer. But, when this elastic limit is approached, your TA start to adapt to a bigger (circumferential) length.

Well, I just hope it’s clear.

I suppose you are asking to me, so I’ll give an asnwer. What I was meaning is pretty much the adverse. If your TA is very elastic, it’s hard to cause micro-failures that should carry to permanent elongation : this seems what studies about connective tissue suggest (altough those studies aren’t specifically referring to TA). So, if my TA can expand just 10% (just to give a number) while clamping, it means that elastic limits are lower for me, and I can cause micro-failures in my TA easier than most men can.

Interesting Marinera. I’ve read through your LLH threads before, but never in this context.

You may already be doing it, but I always find that using heat helps with expansion.

Take your time, pick a simple routine you can stick to, and be consistent in your efforts. Patience is the key.

gett1nbigger, out of curiosity what is your current clamp routine?

3-5 min warmup with a hot glass of water instead of a towel
5-8 min warmup clamp
And 2-3 sets of 10min clamps
Sometimes a warmdown

I gained almost 1/2” so far but I just want more pump
But the 1/2” I gained in 6months was with prohormone cycles (next to steroids) dunno if that affected them for the better
