More or less usual problem
I apologize for my bad English. I’m relative new PE fan. I exercise two weeks and I’m satisfied with my progress. My routine:
5-10 min hot wrap
10-15 min manual stretch (30 sec)
10-15 min of jelq (3 sec)
5 min hot wrap
I do kegels a few times a day
I have noticed that my flaccid unit look much larger and beefy. Last time I do my workouts I have noticed black spots on root of my penis, something about 2 mm. It was tree days ago and they are still there. They are little fade now. Should I continue with my routine or should I wait until they disappear?
