More Nerves Mean More Intense Pleasure

More Nerves Mean More Intense Pleasure

For years I rationalized that the pleasure from my orgasm was MORE intense that those of men with larger penises. (3.75 bpel for most of my life.) When I saw someone with a long penis, I secretly felt smug that at least my pleasure was greater! My theory was that there was a finite number of nerve cells and the fact that mine were crammed into a smaller space would increase the sensation. Not having any comparative reference point, of course, my theory was flawed.

In fact, today, I’ve reached 6 inches bpel. This increase has taken three years and I’m not done. But I wanted to share something about my analysis of the pleasure itself. The pleasure of orgasm appears to be drastically increased. If I had to put a number on it, I would say “three.” My new penis, 2 inches longer, gives me what I can only describe as 3X pleasure of what it was before. It is really amazing.

So, my original theory is wrong. My new theory is that the larger the penis, the greater the pleasure. This must be because as the cells are being re-built and created, there must be a parallel increase in the nerve tissue itself. I now have a point of reference and can vouch that this is true.

Very interesting. Thanks for sharing that.

Your new theory seems reasonable. It also occurs to me that there are probably multiple explanations for increased sensitivity, such as increased blood flow, or perhaps some effect of stretching in exposing or sensitizing nerves, which may be the result of PE and would not apply to someone who naturally had a larger penis. And it occurs to me to ask, have you done exercises like Kegels, which are know to improve sexual response in certain ways?

This reminds me of a story on a slightly different topic, and going the other direction in terms of sensitivity. I read once about someone who converted to Judaism, and went through circumcision as an adult. He described the change (negative) in sex, as being like going from color TV back to black and white. I’ve always wondered, as a circumcised man, if the decrease in sensation was a unique result of undergoing circumcision later in life, or if uncircumcised men really have more sensation due to retaining the nerve endings in the foreskin. I’ve theorized - and hoped - that circumcised infants develop new nerve endings in the area of the circumcision, to compensate for the loss of the nerve endings in the foreskin. But as with the original proposition of this thread, how could you ever know or experimentally verify the real cause and effect, and change in sensitivity?

Starting, summer '06: 6" EL, 6.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG / Currently: Approximately .4" length and .25" girth gains / Stretched ligs .5" - .6", increasing PBFL and flacid hang

Goal: 7.25" BPEL x 5.75" EG, currently over HALF WAY THERE! on length and ACHIEVED GIRTH!

Piercings: 4 Gauge PA (currently not wearing), Two 4 Gauge upper frenums, other non-genital

Great comments, FF. I also am circumcised at birth and I’ve wondered what I’m missing as far as sensitivity. Yes, I’ve been doing kegels and the increased pleasure I’m sure is related to that as well. But there is something else that is clearly just due to the size itself.

I have also always wondered this. I wish it were up to me whether or not I would have been circumsized. Do you guys think it’s right for a baby to get his dick cut without his thumbs up?

Goal - 7.5"x5.5"

"If your success is not on your own terms, if it looks good to the world but does not feel good in your heart, it is not success at all."

Your nervous does not expand in this way.

You do not grow more nerve endings as you stretch your penis. If anything the opposite occurs: scar tissue, which has no nerve endings at all.

You may have gotten more sensitive, though. And there are several possible reasons for that.

Number one, more surface area may give you a new and different perception of what you are feeling. As you have doubtless tuned-in to your body on a different level over the years, you now have a different quality of experience with your newfound abilities (and size). This is often true of just growing older: we begin to appreciate different nuances. Finally the self-confidence boost can also affect how you feel about how you ‘feel’. Any or all of these can be true.

So you’re increase in pleasure is very likely true, but we don’t grow new nerves in the way you seem to think. That’s just not true.

I’d like to add: as far as circumcision goes, particularly if it is done later in life, it is similar to piercing: some lose sensitivity, some gain it, and others have no loss or gain just a different quality.

When it is done as an infant, pre-puberty there are a few adaptational things that happen, which the onset of puberty can then positively affect. Even so people’s sensitivity varies, just organically, nevermind with the duress of intense surgical procedures.

There are a few search-able threads about circumcision which have this debate, which you can pull up. I’d recommend it, there’s some knowledgeable talk about the way nerves reassign themselves (and some whining about “I was mutilated when I was a baby! Life is so unfair!” stuff too).

Have a look. It might shed light on your ideas here.

By looking at circumcision and what parts are removed. I would say 2/3 of the sensation is automatically removed. The preputial sphincter and the frenulum. Some circumcisions keep the frenulum intact though. Then comes desensitization from having the glans exposed ALL the time and being dried and thickened from rubbing on clothing. So with all those in combination I’d say at least 3/4 sensation is gone.

You’d have to hear from someone who has had the adult circumcision done to be sure whats been removed. Their glans hasn’t had the time to desensitized as those from birth yet. Will they be totally honest with you or themselves though, knowing they cannot go back?

Have you considered why its considered a sacrifice/act of devotion in order to be closer to God in some cultures?

Im Uncut. Over the past couple of years or so, I’ve been keeping my foreskin retracted. As such I have not experiened a significant change in sensitivity on the glans. I admit that calluses develop thus taking off the hyper sensitivity of the glan but the glans remains largely sensitive. I feel a blowjob just the way I used to feel before. Nothing more significant than a 5% loss.

Are you saying that those circumcised at birth are less sensitive than men who have had a recent circumcision? IMO, It doesnt matter when you have had a circumcision. Calluses are nothing but dead skin. As the skin dies, it falls off by natural process thus exposing the more sensitive new underlying skin. This is a continuous process of regeneration and death of the exposed skin cells. Take a minute to think if a guy had an early circumcision, then his glan would have become so insensitive to touch that he wouldn’t even feel a thing even if you ran a metal file over it. Everyday, our skin cells die and new ones take place of the older ones and Im sure this happen on you dick too. So, it becomes irrelevant when you have been circumcised.

Walk slowly but never backwards.

I like your mathematical breakdown SiamGuy. Those numbers are very precise, but they are entirely speculative.

I will say this, it certainly does make a difference when you are circumcised.

The body adapts.

Even moreso the younger someone is. The perceptions of sensitivity are received differently, but the idea of significant loss of sensation is not ubiquitously shared.

There have been studies done as to how the body reconstitutes sensation in a variety of ways. The thread I saw had a good discussion of the science measuring such things.

I can’t search for it, I’m here on my phone. Anyway let’s not hi-jack this thread with circumcision talk.

This is about his more sensitive and larger dick.

Congratulations on the gains, by the way. I meant to say that before. That’s a big gain and I’m sure you worked hard for it. Well done.
