More Living Proof...

I started PE on April 11, 2006 with the following stats:

BPEL 7” EG (Base) 5”
The fact that I recorded base girth only was perhaps out of denial that I was not 5” mid-shaft. I was probably closer to 4.75”, but did not take official (nor repeated) measurements; I simply used the base shaft stat just because. Over the past couple months, however, when I did measure, I always checked the mid-shaft girth as well. About 2 weeks ago I was nearly 5” mid-shaft. Tonight I took official measurements, numerous times. Here are the results:

BPEL 7.25” EG (MS) 5” EG (Base) 5.20”.
These results are 100% accurate. There were times I actually hit close to 7.5” BPEL with a throbbing erection and the ruler firmly into my (minimal) fat pad, but the average result over repeated measurements was 7.25”. As for girth, this is very encouraging for me and should be for anyone who reads this post. Not only does my dick look and feel heavier, but the veins are more pronounced which adds to the girthy look in my opinion. This is all from the Newbie Routine, nothing more, sometimes even less.

In conclusion, I will say that I have always taken steps to error on the side of caution when doing PE. I cannot stress this enough. As I mentioned above, at times I wouldn’t even do the whole Newbie Routine - I would abbreviate and customize and see how my dick responded. And while my consistency has been good since April 11th, if my dick ever felt tired or overtrained I’ve taken up to 3 days off to let it “regroup”. The plan now is to employ J123’s “Linear routine”, which I think is a wonderfully intelligent approach because it falls directly in line with my PE mantra of “safety first”. Next month I hope to take on more advanced girth exercises, within reason. Also interested in pumping and will gladly seek the advice of gprent and others. Thanks to Thunder for creating this Place - I trust he knows what a positive experience this all is.

Goal - 7.5"x5.5"

Just the Newbie by and large. 5 minute hot wrap warm-up, 5 min manual stretching, 50-100 jelqs (never more than that), kegels (I would vary the amount - usually 100 fast kegs and 25-50 long-holds), then the hot wrap warm-down. I assume that if I would have intensified the routine after 1.5 months, perhaps my measurements would be even better - but there’s no guarantee of that. I’d rather take it slow and easy as I only have one of these things.

I’m no newbie, but I did a guess as to how many jelqs I’m doing, I came up with 500 give or take a few. Didn’t noticed till today. I’ll post a new thread at the end of July to see how my progress is doing. If you had that good of gains on the newbie routine then you should do well here.


Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

I hear ya on the # of jelqs. Sometimes I would lose count and probably wind up doing more like 150 but I never did as many as 500. I’ll be curious to hear of your results, Goal Driven. Best of luck!

Well It might be more like 450-500. I just know I do 3 second strokes, I used my math and put it together as

20 3 second strokes in 60 seconds
25 minute routine (just for jelqing)
25 X 20 = 500

That’s just what I’m guessing, but like I said I don’t count either, but I do keep track of the amount of seconds in the routine. So once your ready to add more jelqing fauxreal you can just do the simple method of doing 3 second strokes and adding however many minutes equals your next goal. I’ve been jelqing since January 1 (though as I’ve stated I don’t believe I was doing it right) so my penis is ready for it.

Yes I’m going to post my results, I honestly can’t wait. It already looks somewhat bigger, I’m so tempted to measure it right now, but I won’t it’s hard not to though I’ll admit.

Yeah I’ll probably stick with 100-150 but I feel any more for me is overtraining. I’m in my 30’s and don’t see as many PI’s (morning wood among others) as I would like and I doubt more jelqing would help that. Hey Goal, don’t hesitate to measure whenever you want — I don’t really buy into not measuring for months on end. Shit, I’ll grab the ruler twice a week; the way I see it, measuring only motivates me to work out.

Yes the rulers are right next to me. Nah I am motivated it also gives me something to look forward to. I can tell by looking at it already so I know I’m gaining, I just don’t know the exact amount.

Me too! It is awesome. I am trying to tell my friends about PE’ing but none of them believe me. I will have to get some good results before I can make some solid claims haha.
